This stylish 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is located in Treasure Island, FL. This lovely get-a-way is perfect for the Florida warmth you seek or that perfect get-a-way for you and your family. The unit is located on the first floor of a story 11 unit building. The inter coastal views from our docks or from the community second floor balcony are perfect for enjoying sunsets with a cocktail or a Florida morning with your first delicious hot cup of coffee. The docks are perfect for a little fishing as well! On those especially hot days a nice dip in the solar heated pool will cool you off. The one bedroom is very comfortable and well appointed with new modern furnishings, a 55 inch smart television in the living area and a 40 inch smart television in the bedroom, WIFI, a washer and dryer, and all the kitchen necessities you will need for you stay. In addition to the many restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores and outdoor resort tiki bars with local entertainment, the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico is a short one block walk. Literally, it is an 8 minute walk door to shore! So, grab your chair and beach umbrella and come and go from the sandy shores as often as you like. Beach supplies are provided ie 2 reclining beach chairs with a large colorful umbrella, fat-wheeled beach wagon for "toting" to the beach, cooler and beach towels. If you wish to explore the Pinellas coast then there is a beach trolley (stop a block away from condo) to take you stop by stop from St. Pete Beach to Clearwater Beach. There are many beach bars, resorts, gourmet ice cream, coffee and candy shops to stop at along the way. Just grab your camera, bag, sunscreen and flip flops and go. The greater Tampa Bay Area has many activities to do ie Tampa Bay Lighting Hockey, Rays baseball at the Trop, Phillies minor league baseball in the spring, visit to the Clearwater Marina to visit the famous dolphins, Winter and Hope, a little culture at the Dali museum in downtown St. Pete or a day in Tampa going to famous Ybor City and our gorgeous Downtown Tampa Bay River Walk. There is simply too much too share that can be done during your visit. To accommodate an additional a guest or kids the couch pulls out into a queen size bed. ** to be clear.... unit is an inside bottom floor unit. The docks are 20 feet away and the poor is directly in front of the unit.
