Experience our completely renovated and generously proportioned vacation home.
We are located with just a block from the downtown Carlsbad Village, and with only steps to the sandy beach/beach access. Walk to local village boutiques, cafes, restaurants and the train station.

Your vacation home surrounds you with premium-quality finishes and furnishings at it’s finest, it boasts the amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel/resort, yet, you can live like a local by taking advantage of the fully equipped kitchen for cooking. This first floor unit is in a twenty-one unit, garden low rise apartment building. The complex has a total of three, two story buildings surrounded by beautifully landscaped courtyard and grounds as well as an inviting swimming pool and BBQ area that boasts two natural gas, stainless steel BBQ grills, all of which are conveniently located at the center of the complex.

For your convenience and enjoyment, we also provide a beach wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and body boards.

The property was great, a little confusing checking in due to parking in one spot, gaining access to place then reparking in gated area, but made sense once I figured it out! Great spot, lovely pool, bbqs looked good. Walking distance to everything! Air conditioner in bedroom was clutch the first couple of days!

We loved this property and would certainly go back. We walked the five minutes to the beach every night to watch the sunset. There were also several restaurants within walking distance.

A very good place to stay if you want to enjoy the beach, the shops, the food and the ambiance of downtown. Now, if we could get a Rubio's to open up closer to downtown Carlsbad than the one on Palomar Airport Rd.

Another great stay

Our 3 night stay last weekend was just as nice as our June 2022 visit. We had everything we needed for a relaxing, trouble-free stay in a great location near the beach and town center. We will be repeat customers for as long as we have family in Carlsbad.

This apartment was lovely and very clean. The host was amazing, helping us to manage an unexpected 3 day delay of our flight home. The location was really nice and very close to the beach. We will definitely stay again.

Fabulous location and beautiful place!

Ocean views and a 500 foot walk to the ocean, and less than 0.4 miles to the heart of Carlsbad Village. Location is perfect and unit had everything we needed! Owner communication was flawless. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect Location to enjoy everything in Carlsbad

This was our 2nd stay here and we will be back again. These units are perfect for couples and small families. 1 blk to the the ocean to enjoy walks on the beach and for sunset every night. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We love this place.

Nice, very clean and conveniently located. Smooth as silk checkin and checkout. We’re pretty low maintenance guests so never needed to interact with property management but all their communications were timely and professional. . . Would stay again!
