Bear Lake Boat House

We vacationed in and studied vacation homes for large families and took notes as we created our plans. We hope our home becomes your home as you enjoy some lake time! Accommodations include a large open atrium great room, dining room and kitchen. The majority of cabins cannot accommodate the entire group inside during the winter or in case of inclement weather. Our dining area provides an open area for everyone to eat or play games together and the best part is that you even have a panoramic view from the dining room while you cook and eat! If you prefer outdoor eating we have a back bar with pass-through windows in the kitchen and a wraparound deck with an unbeatable view, a large grill, patio furniture on the deck, and a slide to the lower level. The kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs with two dishwashers, a double oven and your reservation even comes with meal ideas and shopping lists to feed your entire family while you’re here. There is a large walk-in pantry for bins, coolers and a second fridge to keep everything you need organized and out of the way. When we came to Bear Lake, we tried writing names on cups and still ended up going through hundreds of paper cups in a few days! A drinking fountain with bottle filler will save on doing extra dishes/paper cups and is so convenient. The laundry room has two washing machines and two dryers.
The Boat House has two master bedrooms. One on the main level and one on the second story. They both have walk-out balcony’s to enjoy some early morning sunrises over the lake. Six of the bedrooms in the Boat House have amazing views of the lake!
You will sleep comfortably in matching linens and duvets. Do you know most rentals don’t wash blankets? At the Boat House, we will be using triple sheeting with our duvets so can cuddle into your white duvet knowing it’s clean.
Your kids and grandkids will love the basement with the Boat bunk room and Bear bunk room. The open theater, game room, bar seating and playroom under the stairs, allow everyone to be enjoying something different and still be together enjoying each other's company. With an additional drinking fountain in the basement, the kids may never come upstairs! The theater room is set for surround sound, Nintendo switch, 135” screen with a projector and access to movies on Netflix and Amazon prime-you can even rent new releases!
When you get home from the lake, rinse off in the outdoor shower or head to the bottom patio to warm up in your own private hot tub or around the gas fire pit.

We will keep you updated on local events during your stay and information on our favorite things to do at Bear Lake including hiking, biking, boating, and of course relaxing on the beach.

Your stay includes use of beach towels, paddle boards, life jackets, sand toys, tennis rackets, tandem, moutain and kids bikes, a double bike trailer, outdoor and indoor games, balls, snowshoes, coolers, beach chairs, shampoo and conditioner, and more. All you have to provide is food and your swimming suit!

There really is something amazing about the time spent together at the lake. We would love to help you plan memories that your kids and grandkids will remember forever!

*The Boat House is a family friendly home and does not allow drinking parties. Immediate eviction and forfeit of damage deposit apply.

*We are happy to help with information on boat/equipment rentals. If you are bringing a boat or trailer of any sort, please let us know and we will help make arrangements for parking at the marina. The boat house does have a turn in the driveway which could complicate parking these items on-site.

*Any indication of alcohol, smoking or animals anywhere on the property will forfeit the damage deposit and also cause immediate eviction.

*Located in Harbor Village close to the bike path and access to the pool, tennis courts and hot tub.
