The house was perfect for our family of four plus grandparents. It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the welcome food and snacks were much appreciated as we arrived on a holiday and stores were unexpectedly closed. The location and views were amazing! We enjoyed snorkeling and seeing the turtles right from the house, and our 8 and 12 year old boys loved the pool. Highly recommend this property, and the owner and property managers provided great info for our trip and were very responsive to questions.

We had a great time at Villa Cap Ouest. The house was very nice. It was clean, and exactly as it had been portrayed on the website. We had one other couple with us, but could have easily had some additional friends/family, with the extra bedroom, and would have been very comfortable for all. The views were beautiful and the pool was perfect for those afternoon swims after the beach. I enjoy privacy with the homes we rent, and with this house, you really saw no other people or neighbors. The location was great, with the beach of Grand Anse just a couple minute walk down the hill from the house. There were many fun restaurants in town, and in fact, other than a trip to one other beach, we really just hung out in the Grand Anse area given its convenience. We would definitely come back to Villa Cap Ouest again!

A spot close to paradise and simply perfect

We rented the villa as a family of 6 with adult children and spent two wonderful weeks in Cap Ouest. The property is in perfect condition, everything you need is there. Exactly as described on the website, modern and very tastefully decorated. Charming communication with the owner ahead of time and also with the property manager upon arrival. We ordered a welcome dinner which was home cooked and delicious. First groceries were in the fridge for breakfast the next morning. The owner gave us lots of recommendations for excursions and things to do. The location is stunning and the view breathtaking. The access to the ocean is right below the villa and fairly easy. Snorkeling with fish and turtles a daily pleasure, one can’t get enough of it! Leaving this beautiful spot is quite difficult and makes you want to come back! A100% recommendation.

Très agréable séjour à la villa Cap Ouest

Nous avons passé un tres bon sejour à Cap Ouest. La villa est bien amenagée (mention speciale pour la qualité de la literie et l'amenagement de la terrasse). La vue est splandide, l'accès au recif avec son carbet au bord de l'eau sont extremement agréables. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette jolie villa pour un sejour en famille.

Un séjour au-delà des attentes

La propriété est impeccable et la vue est à couper le souffle. Nous avons relaxé en admirant la mer et l’anse, puis avons nagé avec les tortues et différents poissons tropicaux. Chaque adulte avait son intimité dans sa chambre (climatisée). La plage de sable blond est toute proche et l’hospitalité légendaire. Un retour assuré dans un proche avenir!

Cette maison a été une évidence pour nous … comme si nous la connaissions depuis toujours… Nous étions tellement bien , la maison du bonheur ! Tout y est: la beauté des lieux , le caractère de la maison créole , le confort, l accueil chaleureux de Léa, la disponibilité de Antoine pour répondre à mes interrogations .. il ne manque rien . A magical place for a VERY happy family vacation

Our group -- two families of four -- had the most wonderful stay at Antoine's beautiful property. The house itself had most everything we needed, including a very well-equipped kitchen. The spacious, comfortable deck situated high above the cove with a breathtaking view was very hard to leave! The pool was a huge hit, especially with the 12-year olds. The short walk to restaurants and the beach were a huge plus. But our favorite part by far was starting each morning by grabbing our snorkels, walking down the steps to the ocean, and slipping into the cove for a swim with sea turtles, coral and colorful fish. Absolutely magical! We are all excited to return some day. Antoine, the property owner, and Romain, the local property manager, were both very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend.

Nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables à la villa: la vue est magnifique, aucun vis-à-vis, l’accès privé à la mer est facile et nous a permis d’admirer des tortues à chaque baignade. La villa a été récemment rénovée (peinture, mobilier, literie, cuisine, électroménager…) et offre des prestations de qualité. Le service de conciergerie nous a livré et rangé nos premières courses avant notre arrivée. Antoine, le propriétaire, est très attentionné envers ses locataires et le service de conciergerie est très réactif. Le top!

Magnifiquement situé, vue à couper le souffle

Très belle maison, avec beaucoup de charme, qui mériterait des aménagements minimes pour la rendre formidable. En détail: Serviettes de toilette en bon état et suffisantes, pas de tapis de bain de rechange. Vaisselle désassortie et bas de gamme. Equipement insuffisant, verres désassortis, couverts désassortis Literie basique de qualité médiocre, draps élimés et en mélange synthétique /coton, oreillers en quantité insuffisante et complètement "raplapla" L'électricité en très mauvais état, prises arrachées des mûrs Accueil et communication avec le gérant au dessous de tout. Ménage approximatif A l'image de la Martinique Quel dommage, quel gâchis!

Séjour de rêve

Très jolie maison typiquement martiniquaise, agréable à vivre et bien aménagée avec une grande terrasse couverte (parfait lors des pluies pour continuer à profiter de l'extérieur) avec une magnifique vue sur Grande Anse. Petite piscine avec vue sur la baie idéale pour un dernier bain en admirant le coucher du soleil. Accès direct à la mer via des escaliers mais pour aller dans l'eau, il faut "escalader" quelques petits rochers et ce n'est pas toujours simple.
