You will be at the forefront of a breathtaking view of the bay of Grande Anse, the most beautiful beach of Anses d'Arlets, thanks to the huge terraces which open onto this panorama. You will continually enjoy this magnificent spectacle because all the living space (kitchen, living room) has been designed for this purpose and is fully open to the bay to better be able to revel in this vision.

Direct access to the sea via its private pontoon, allows you to swim in search of turtles and multicolored exotic fish. If you simply prefer to rest and watch the sea while listening to the lapping of the waves, deckchairs and a relaxation area (small deck), under the coconut trees, by the sea, are at your disposal.
The beach is very close at 5 minutes on foot or by the sea (20 meters of swimming).
It is a family beach (the sea is calm) furnished with various activities: Creole restaurants, diving clubs, pedal boat rental, cat hobbies ...

Villa Bela Vista is a colonial style complex (Creole architecture, wooden houses), consisting of a main villa and two independent bungalows, all decorated with care, with wooden furniture in Creole style with colorful touches of exoticism and Brazilian craftsmanship.
Bela Vista is nestled in a superb setting of tropical vegetation, a flowered garden of bougainvillea, hibiscus, orchids, palm trees, coconut palms ... all bordering the turquoise waters of the Caribbean is our little corner of paradise !!! Come and find out.

Its large capacity makes it a perfect tool for bringing together tribes on vacation, whether families or groups of friends.
The main villa has four bedrooms with queen size 160 * 200cm beds, each equipped with air conditioning and a private bathroom. The living room and the kitchen are completely open on the large panoramic terrace and take advantage of the exceptional view over the bay of Grande Anse.
The living and dining areas are flexible, can be external or internal, and are also open to this panorama.
The fitted kitchen is also open to a balcony / bar on the terrace and this landscape.

The Bela Vista complex also includes two bungalows, each consisting of a master bedroom (queen-size bed 160 * 200cm) with its bathroom and an "entrance / kitchen" equipped with children's beds (90 * 200cm); the whole bungalow is of course equipped with air conditioning (bedrooms and entrances).
We also have an external kitchen, adjoining the panoramic terrace, equipped with a gas stove and gas oven as well as a Weber barbecue

A path descends through the magnificent tropical garden leading to the small terrace (deck or relaxation area near the water) and to the private pontoon, both located in the lower part of the property.
