Rent Charming Cottage in the heart of the Loire Valley.
Located in Louresse-Rochemenier, near Saumur, in the Loire valley in the "regional park loire anjou-tourraine" classified as world heritage by UNESCO. The Gîte can accommodate 4 people.
⚠️ The spa is only available from April 1 to September 30 of each year. The tourist tax is included in your overall rate.

1 bedroom with double bed 160x200 and television (TNT channels).
1 Living room with sofa bed convertible into a double bed, television (TNT and Netflix channels), Broadband Internet by Wifi, dining table for 4 people.

Peaceful, lovely location.

We have had a wonderful time and found the property to be exceptionally clean and well fitted out. We had a family wedding nearby so the iron was handy! Very quite and tranquil location, very easy to find. Best french bed we have slept in, was so comfortable. Location was great with supermarket choices a couple of miles away with the local village having restaurants and bars. Owner was on hand if we needed help with anything and very welcoming. Anyone looking for a quite peaceful and relaxing break this is the place to come to. Hot tub was a bonus we loved it - definitely would return. Thank you both for making our stay enjoyable and relaxing.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre passage dans ce gîte aussi joli qu'agreable, tout y est propre et préparé avec goût, pour les amateurs de calme assurément... Les commerces sont à quelques kilomètres tout comme le très joli village de Rochemenier... L'équipement est parfait pour passer quelques jours dans la région ..A recommander

Gite à recommander de par sa qualité et son calme.

Gite très bien équipé , très calme , sa position géographique permet de visiter une très belle région comprenant SAUMUR ,CHINONS et ANGERS. De nombreux châteaux et monuments historiques sont à visiter ainsi Les nombreuses caves à vin de cette région vinicole réputée ainsi que les villages Troglodytiques qui ont chacun leur histoire. Nous avons visité cette région en septembre, ce qui induit quelques restriction d’accès à certaines prestation touristique.
