Beautiful marsh/waterfront home in Bethany Bay golf resort

Spacious marsh-front home in Bethany Bay, a waterfront golf community (9 holes). House features large living-dining room with view of the marsh and Whites Creek. It has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8 to 10 people. Good-size screened-in porch and terrace, facing south.

The master bedroom has a King size bed. Second bedroom a Queen size bed plus a futon which converts into another Queen size bed if needed. The two upstairs bedrooms have 2 single beds each. Guests will have to bring their own sheets and pillow cases; as well as their own towels. Rental starts on Saturdays, two weeks minimum, at 4:00pm. House needs to be vacated on Saturday morning by 10:00 am to give my cleaning lady time to clean it before the next guests arrive.
I also have a handyman whose telephone number I will give you after you make your booking. He is available for technical problems that you cannot resolve yourself. I also supply pool passes which you should find on the kitchen table and which you should leave on the same spot for the next guests when you leave. The keys to the house I will let you know how I will get those in your hands.
