• 1 bedroom with a double bed 160x200
• 1 living room with 2 pull-out beds 80x190, LCD TV
• 1 fitted kitchen area (ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, mixer, microwave, raclette and dishwasher)
• 1 large bathroom (bath, sink, cupboards) with washing machine
• 1 separate WC
• Cupboards.
• Blankets, throws and pillows provided, bed linen and towels not provided.
• Balcony (South) with table and chairs
• Closed cupboard on the balcony (for skis, sledge ...)
Situation:
• In the heart of the Ramel gardens park, the apartment is 200 m from the city center (shops)
• 400 m from the start of the teleport (Superbagnères station). In season a shuttle goes to Peyragudes station (15 minutes by car).
• Golf and swimming pool at 600 m, thermal baths at 800 m.
• Hiking, tree climbing, white water sports, via ferrata, horse riding and of course cycling (road or mountain bike) for sports enthusiasts.
• The Tour de France passes to Bagnères de Luchon every year.

La peinture a ete refaite et il est fonctionnel mais : proprete moyenne , oreillers poses parterre dans le placard, ils sont vieux et tachés . La literie de la chambre laisse à desirer .1 matelas de 140 recouvert par un deuxieme matelas de 150 ( taché)?? Sinon il est bien placé. Pas possibilites de tri selectif car pas de container pour les emballages, un peu regrettable a l epoque ou cela est impose .

Tout est parfait

Un magnifique séjour. L'appartement est Très bien situé, très propre, fonctionnel et décoré avec goût. Tout y est pensé que pour l'on ne manque de rien. Le propriétaire a été extrêmement disponible, bienveillant et compréhensif face à une situation familiale compliquée ( hospitalisation d'urgence de ma maman à la fin de notre séjour) Merci encore monsieur, merci pour ces merveilleux moments passés accompagnée de ma maman dans votre bel appartement.
