In the heart of the authentic village of Rousset-les-Vignes, discover a house blending the character of the old with modern comfort. Provençal alleyways, clear view over the Rhône Valley, vineyards & olive trees as a backdrop...



Just 10 minutes from Nyons (markets on Thursday & Sunday) and 5 minutes from Valréas (all shops).



The entrance is via a staircase leading directly into the building.

The entire south facade is widely open onto the terrace, garden and swimming pool, offering beautiful luminosity and direct access to the outside from the living areas.



Ground floor:

- Fully equipped kitchen open to the terrace (including Nespresso coffee machine)

- Dining room with large table for 6 people

- TV lounge with fireplace leading to a mezzanine and library area

- Bedroom 1: 140 cm bed

- Bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet

- Laundry room in the basement: washing machine, table and ironing board located in the basement



Upstairs:

-Bedroom 2: 140 cm bed

-Bedroom 3: 140 cm bed

-Bedroom 4: 2 x 80 cm beds

-Bathroom: walk-in shower and WC

Belle région maison à perfectionner

Belle maison en pierre avec coin piscine fabuleux. Par contre Les équipements de la maison sont à revoir, literie salie, pied de lit cassé, ampoules grillées, fenêtres ne fermant plus et pas de réseau, le wifi ne fonctionne que dans le salon .

Charmante maison située au coeur d'un village très calme. La maison est parfaitement équipée et meublée avec goût. La terrasse, le jardin et la piscine sont sont propice au repos en famille.

Très jolie maison provençale avec beaucoup de charme

Bel espace, style cottage anglais, maison bien tenue, wifi, piscine impeccable. La terrasse a été entièrement rénovée, elle est magnifique ! Changer toutes les chaises longues et demander le nettoyage de toute la vaisselle une fois.::=)

Maison de campagne - centre du village

Maison ancienne de caractère : Pour avoir séjourné deux étés dans cette maison, nous avons apprécié le calme de l'endroit, la piscine et le jardin. Il est nécessaire d'avoir une voiture car le village ne possède aucun commerce. Maison et piscine bien entretenues. Idéale pour plusieurs couples ou famille avec enfants dès 4-5 ans. Magnifiques promenades aux alentours adaptées à tous les âges, nos enfants adorent revenir chaque année ! A visiter, la chapelle au sommet à 15 minutes de marche(Chapelle Notre-Dame-de-Beauvoir) est un point de vue magnifique, de jour comme de nuit !

Région magnifique, jardin et piscine de la propriété très agréables, maison à améliorer

La région est superbe, le village de Rousset-les-Vignes est vraiment charmant (on a regretté toutefois l'absence de commerces). La maison louée était très proche du centre du village, maison ancienne avec du charme mais pas du tout adaptée pour enfants en bas âge et qui mérite des travaux de rénovation (terrasse toute cabossée, cuisine sans placard de rangement, barrière d'escalier pas sécurisée, fenêtres très basses non sécurisées, literie pas propre, etc.). C'est dommage car le jardin et la piscine sont très beaux et bien entretenus.
