In the heart of the Pink Granite Coast, very well located, modern and neat decoration, absolute calm out of sight, 3 mins by car from the sandy beaches of Port-blanc - 12 'by foot by footpath, 5 mins from the nautical center and in the immediate vicinity of the equestrian center.

House of 120m2 very pleasant to live in, all comfort, summer and winter, heated swimming pool.

Modern and neat decoration, very well equipped including:
on the ground floor: 1 entrance with wc, 1 kitchen open to the dining room, living room with insert fireplace, 1 double bedroom with queen-size bed (master bedroom with shower room, wc, sink) a large wardrobe, a mezzanine tv room and office.

Upstairs: 1 double bedroom with 140 cm bed, 2 children's bedrooms with bunk beds and drawer bed that can each accommodate 3 children, in each wardrobe room with storage. 1 bathroom with shower; 1 separate wc.

Exterior: A large landscaped garden of 2000m2, not overlooked, with a heated swimming pool of 3 * 10m from May 1 to the end of September. (electric security shutter, cleaning robot, pool house), a trampoline. A wooden terrace all along the house facing south with gas plancha barbecue.

A shower (hot water, cold water outside) for the sea return and another shower cabin in the back kitchen.

washer-dryer, dishwasher, induction hob, steam oven, rotary stone scraper, food processor, microwave oven, wifi box, magimix cook expertmini robot, vacuum cleaner, robot vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron.

Family Holiday

This was a great property in a great location - quiet but close to beaches and the local town. The house is exactly as described online. It is very clean, very comfortable and well-equipped. We spent a great week here (with our 8 year old who loved the pool and garden) and are happy to recommend this property.

Belle maison moderne au calme sans vis Ă  vis

Belle maison moderne à 1/2 heure de Perros Guirec mais à 1/4 d'heure à pied d'une belle plage de sable blanc. La maison a un beau jardin planté et entretenu avec soin, avec une grande piscine 10x4 chauffée. La pompe à chaleur de la piscine est tombée en panne durant notre séjour, la propriétaire était trÚs ennuyée et compréhensive avec ça. L'équipement de la maison est supérieur à ce que l'on trouve en général dans les locations. Attention à la taille des lits de 2 chambres à l'étage : s'agissant de lits enfants ils ne sont pas trÚs longs, trop courts pour nos jeunes enfants adultes.

La maison et son jardin sont encore plus agréables que les photos laissent penser. La maison est équipée de maniÚre incroyable, on s'y sent tout de suite bien et il fait bon y vivre. Le lieu, au calme, est enfin trÚs bien situé.

Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour dans cette maison trÚs agréable, décorée avec goût et trÚs bien équipée. Petit plus: il y a beaucoup de livres et de BD à disposition! Le jardin est magnifique et bien isolé du voisinage, la piscine chauffée est parfaite.

superbe séjour

Nous avons passĂ©s 2 semaines de vacances en famille avec des enfants de 2 Ă  12 ans. Superbe maison trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Emplacement parfait pour grands et petits, les petits ont adorĂ©s la proximitĂ© des chevaux du centre Ă©questre. AccĂšs trĂšs facile Ă  la plage Ă  pieds, vĂ©lo ou voiture. Petite pointe de dĂ©ception car le trampoline n'Ă©tait pas en service mais vite oubliĂ©e par la piscine au top et trĂšs bien protĂ©gĂ©e pour les plus petits. Collection impressionnante de bandes dessinĂ©es qui a ravie les plus grands. Seul bĂ©mol, le rĂ©seau tĂ©lĂ©phonique est trĂšs trĂšs mauvais, impossible d'ĂȘtre joignable et la connexion internet trĂšs mĂ©diocre, il n'est pas vraiment possible de faire du tĂ©lĂ©travail. Mais pour une dĂ©connexion totale c'est parfait!

Top Unterkunft, wunderschönes GrundstĂŒck, toller Pool

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Modern und sehr gut ausgestattetes Objekt in grandioser Lage. Der Pool war schon die Reise wert. Bei Fragen stand der Hausverwalter immer zur VerfĂŒgung/immer erreichbar. Wir waren neun Personen und haben uns alle wohl gefĂŒhlt. Ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Excellent property in a wonderful location!

We stayed at the property with some friends and between us all, 4 young children. Communication with Julie was very easy and clear. The check-in process was very smooth. The house has been really well thought out and offers everything a family group could need for a wonderful holiday. We were particularly delighted with the wonderful heated pool, outdoor shower (really useful when coming back from the beach), trampoline and barbecue. There is a truly fantastic beach only a matter of minutes drive (or indeed walk) from the house. Shops in Penvénan are easy to get to and offer all you might need. We had a lovely stay and would seriously consider returning again in future!

all-round an amazing property

We stayed one week at this delightful property with our 3 young children & were really impressed with the beautiful modern house, lovely garden & heated pool. The garden and property are very private, surrounded by mature trees & away from the main road. Also, it's perfectly located, just 3 mins drive from an amazing beach at Trestel. The house has all the mod-cons, apart from a good TV!.. but the wifi signal is good. With the heated pool, large trampoline and nespresso machine, the house offers all the ingredients for a wonderfully relaxing stay. We'd highly recommend this property to any one who wants a memorable stay in Brittany.

Lovely property and area

Property was beautiful; well appointed and ideal for a family holiday. Owners very straightforward and easy to deal with. A small problem with the swimming pool during our stay was sorted out quickly and the owners and local manager could not have done more to get it sorted out promptly, which was much appreciated. All in all, a great place. Thanks.

Rien Ă  dire pour cette location impeccable tant Ă  l’intĂ©rieur qu’à l’extĂ©rieur avec sa magnifique piscine chauffĂ©e. Maison trĂšs fonctionnelle et trĂšs lumineuse. Rien ne manque. La dĂ©coration est soignĂ©e, la literie vraiment trĂšs confortable et le jardin superbe. A recommander les yeux fermĂ©s. Seul « point noir », Ă  relativiser tout de mĂȘme : la mĂ©tĂ©o capricieuse mais tellement bretonne. Parfait

Position privilégiée à 800m des plages, piscine trÚs agréable et pas de vis à vis. Beau jardin et déjeuners pleins sud sur la terrasse. Ma fille et mon fils ont pu profiter du centre équestre à 50m avec une équipe familiale trÚs sympa et néanmoins trÚs pro. Tres belles ballades en bord de mer. La maison est quant à elle bien décorée (personnel bien sûr) et trÚs bien équipée. A recommander sans réserve.

Maison confortable,facile à vivre et bien équipée. De plus, le jardin participe à la sensation de calme. Entre piscine et mer, les enfants ont été comblés et les adultes ont pu se détendre agréablement. Je conseillerais volontiers un séjour dans cette maison à des amis.
