Perfectly situated between the town of Durango and Purgatory Ski Area, this location allows for a quick 12 minute drive into town for dinner or shopping and 15minutes in the opposite direction gets you to Purgatory and the high country! Get away form it all in this exquisitely appointed home which has been completely renovated. The kitchen & baths are luxurious. All widows allow you to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Use the Traeger Grill on the back deck while soaking up the views of the majestic cliffs. End the day by relaxing in the hot tub or cozy up with a cocktail next to the wood burning stove (firewood included). Wake up in the morning to a stocked coffee bar and make yourself a cappuccino or espresso. This property accommodates 7 and is fully loaded with all the things that you will need to make your stay exceptional, like plenty of quality towels and linens. Our kitchen is stocked with everything you'd ever need, from waffle maker to fondue pot, not to mention a spice drawer with every spice you could imagine! You'll be able to cook & create family meals in comfort. And don't worry our Wi-Fi is fast, so whether your catching up on work or streaming a movie from our 65 inch Smart TV there will be no frustration.
