Large original sea view house of 220 m² located in lush greenery of 1500 m². For a holiday with family or friends, quiet on the heights of Cavalaire-sur-Mer 9 minutes by car from the sea and 20km from St Tropez.

Ideal for 10 people, this family home has 5 beautiful independent rooms, each with a bathroom or shower room, and 3 toilets.

The living room with TV overlooks the main terrace of 50 sqm with pergola (dining area) and American barbecue.
The fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator) gives on another raised ideal dining area for breakfast.

Upstairs, enjoy the suite equipped with air conditioning with bathroom and adjoining toilet.

The ground-garden you have 2 twin bedrooms and 2 double bedrooms with garden access for all four rooms.

Other facilities: Wifi, Baby foot, games, washing machine, iron, hair dryer and parking spaces available ...

Pets accepted after agreement of the owner.
Warning week minimum rental.

Tolle Lage, tolles Haus, leider nicht sehr sauber

Ein wirklich schönes Haus mit viel Platz und Terrasse mit super Ausblick auf die Umgebung und das Meer. Leider sind Haus, Außenanlage (verwildert) und Pool (trübes Wasser, kein Chlor zum nachchloren im Haus) nicht sehr gepflegt und sauber, was definitiv unser Urlaubserlebnis getrübt hat. Das war sehr schade.

Eine schöne Woche

Das Haus bietet alles, was auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Nichts wird beschönigt. Wir waren 2 Familien mit je 3 Kindern und hatten alle genau Platz. Alles in dem Haus ist älter und könnte eine Modernisierung gebrauchen. Der Pool ist super und auch Tischtennis und die Petonque-Bahn sind gut. Ein Haus-Schlüssel ist für 2 Parteien etwas dürftig und auch die Möglichkeit, das Tor verschließen zu können, wäre toll gewesen (Gefühl von Sicherheit). Fazit: Ein gelungener Aufenthalt.

Tolle Lage - Ausstattung könnte zeitgemäßer sein

Tolle Lage am Berg mit traumhaftem Blick. Pool war gut, bei Problem mit der Wasserqualität wurde umgehend reagiert. Schöne Terrasse und nett angelegter Garten. Sanitärräume sehr in die Jahre gekommen und könnten eine grundlegende Sanierung erhalten. Betten teilweise sehr durchgelegen und instabil. Zwei Betten der Kinder hatten ein defektes Bein und brachen zusammen. Küche umfangreich ausgestattet mit ausreichend Geschirr. Küche an sich relativ alt und nicht mehr zu 100% in Schuss, dafür zwei Kühlschränke mit Eisfächern und eine Nespresso Maschine. Geräte funktionierten alle einwandfrei. Insgesamt eine tolle Woche bei bestem Wetter. Klimaanlage haben wir aufgrund der Temperaturen vermisst. Mückenspray war Abends auf der Terrasse absolut notwendig.

Fantastisches familienferienhaus

Alle Geräte funktionierten, die terrassenmöbel waren leicht defekt, die Matratzen schon sehr flach gelegen aber sonst alles gut. Besonders schön der Gasgrill, der gerne genutzt wurde

Haus hätte eine Renovierung verdient, grds. tolles Anwesen und gute Lage

Leider etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Haus. Nasszellen größtenteils ohne WC - nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Türen nach außen ließen sich nicht mehr abschließen - immer mussten die Läden geschlossen werden. Schade - eigentlich ein Haus mit tollem Grundriss, vielen Möglichkeiten und einer sehr schönen Lage.
