Our Spacious Triplex Terrasse 80M2 benefits from excellent exposure and exquisite brightness.
The sea view, the beach, and the boats provide an ideal place to relax.
Located in the heart of the Marina Deauville harbor, in a very quiet residence with free parking available.
Once in the free parking lot of the residence, No need for your car.
7 minutes walk from the city center, the market square, restaurants, shops, the beach and the casino.
View From the terrace, Unforgettable sunsets and gallops of horses on the beach .

- Cot for baby / child up to 2 years old available. (A child up to 2 years old is not considered to be an additional person, their presence is free of charge).
- The 6th person bed is a very good quality inflatable mattress.

Some good , but some bad

Place was clean (except balcony which was a mess). Limited kitchen basics, no salt or pepper, no kettle, paper towels. Terrible pillows in master bedroom, 2 very flat and sad pillows. Door is very difficult to unlock & lock. Check in process was terrible. We were given instructions to go to a property management place in town to get keys. No one there when we arrived, Saturday afternoon about 4pm which is check in time. Called the phone number on the door multiple times, you get a french vmail, left a message, nothing. Finally called owner, who then called this "concierge guy" who then sends a text to us with instructions for the lock box outside of business. We spent 30 minutes trying to speak with someone. None of this information was in the arrival instructions. If they had let us know about the lock box no problem. We passed this business numerous times during our stay, never any staff there. So to tell people to go meet with them to get keys and no other instructions wastes guests time and leaves a bad impression of the place right from the start. We only had 1 set of keys, owners were aware we were travelling with friends, 1 set of keys for 5 adults. Getting a second set of keys was a big deal again, owner told us we should have told them before we arrived. We have stayed at many places owners usually provide extra keys within unit for guests and clear check in instructions. Place was decent, and nice view from balcony. However, would not recommend .

Objet : Réclamation suite à notre séjour – Problèmes importants rencontrésBonjour,Je me permets de vous écrire concernant notre séjour dans le logement réservé via Abritel, car nous avons rencontré plusieurs problèmes qui ont fortement impacté notre expérience.Tout d’abord, à notre arrivée, nous avons dû attendre près de 45 minutes avant de pouvoir récupérer les clés, ce qui n’est pas acceptable après un long trajet.Ensuite, une fois installés, nous avons constaté plusieurs dysfonctionnements :•Absence totale de connexion Internet, pourtant mentionnée dans l’annonce.•Aucune lumière dans la salle de bain, rendant son utilisation très compliquée.•Pas de lumière dans la cuisine, ce qui a fortement limité notre confort.Ces éléments sont essentiels pour un séjour agréable et conforme à ce qui était présenté sur la plateforme.En conséquence, je vous demande une compensation pour ces désagréments significatifs.Je reste à votre disposition pour tout échange complémentaire à ce sujet.Cordialement,Stéphane

Nous avons découvert cette jolie région la Normandie.Deauville Honfleur Trouville en balade à pied.Notre location se trouvait au niveau de la Marina. Emplacement calme ,avantage avec parking.court séjour à conseiller.

die Unterkunft entsprach nicht den im Netz gezeigten Fotos

Die Lage und die Aussicht waren sehr schön, leider gab es doch einige Mängel wie: es wurde uns ein 2. Schlüssel versprochen, den gab es aber nicht trotz Zusage, auf dem Balkon fehlten, wie auf dem Bild gezeigt die Sitzpolster, das obere Schlafzimmer hatte kein Fenster zum öffnen, die Dachluke war mit einem Schloss versehen, es war unglaublich heiß in dem Zimmer. Das Zimmer mit dem Einzelbett war in der Realität anders als beschrieben. Diverse Lichtquellen funktionierten nicht, die Steckdose im Badezimmer sollte repariert werden , dieses geschah aber auch nicht. Insgesamt würden wir die Wohnung nicht noch einmal mieten.
