Beautiful duplex apartment with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large private roof terrace, very bright, quiet and completely renovated, in the heart of the most central and typical district of Lisbon: SANTA CATARINA.

On the 2nd and 3rd floors of a quiet building, our apartment has beautiful views of Lisbon, the terrace is ideal for sharing a drink or relaxing after a day of walking and sightseeing.

The 2nd floor consists of the living room, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen with drying washer. The 3rd floor contains two attic rooms and the beautiful terrace.

There is a 160cm bed, two 80cm beds, a bathroom (massage shower) large fitted kitchen, internet wifi and international cable TV.

The apartment is in the pedestrian area of Santa Catarina, access by car is not possible, you must use one of the nearby paying public parking lots, then walk to the apartment.

Fantastic stay in Lisbon

This location is absolutely perfect. Just minutes from as many shops, restaurants, cafés, and squares as you can imagine. The walks are through the beautiful Lisbon streets.The host was very responsive and met us at the front door, which was great as it was our first time in a new country let alone city. I would highly recommend this rental. What sensitive part is the spacious outdoor terrace. Ending a night with a glass of wine Overlooking a lit up city is nothing short of magical.

Lisbon Apartment

The stairs are very steep but that's the nature of the older buildings you see in this area and around the older sections of any town in Portugal. The apartments are long and narrow. This one was very well furnished. Do not rent a car. It would be a waste of money and hard to park on those narrow cobble stone streets. Taxis are not expensive, buses and old style trams are easy to find. The views from the terrace were great especially at night. The harbor area was about a 15 minute walk away. We took the recommendation of the owner to eat at his father and mother's restaurant. It was beyond great. I can't recall the name but it was restaurant #1 in his listing book. It across the street from the British Consulate. The owner is a great guy and loves to talk with his customers. Take a taxi from the airport. It costs about 12 - 15 euros. When we left the owner arranged for our taxi to leave, made life a lot easier.

Wunderbare Wohnung

Dies ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung im Herzen von Lissabon. Es ist ein perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um Lissabon zu erkunden. Alles ist in direkter Umgebung zu finden: kaum 5 Minuten zur Tram-Station für die E28, zum kleinen Supermarkt Mini Preco, Bäckereien, Bars, Cafes und Restaurants, zur U-Bahn-Station Baixa-Chiado, zum Elevator de Santa Justa und vieles, vieles mehr... Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt und die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern hat stets geklappt und war unkompliziert. Wichtig zu wissen ist allerdings zu wissen, dass es sehr steile Treppen zur Wohnung und auch in den 2. Stock sind. Meine Kinder sind schon größer und wir sind damit gut zurecht gekommen . Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und bedanken uns für dies schöne Unterkunft und die damit wunderschönen Tage in Lissabon :-)

Super Lage

Schöne Wohnung, neu und teils sehr hochwertig renoviert im 1. und 2. Stock. Kleine aber feine Dachterasse mit gutem Ausblick. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Teilweise aber sehr niedrige Deckenhöhe und steile Treppen. Klasse portugiesisches Restaurant ums Eck. ( Berg runter :-) Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.

Excellent location in the city center

We arrived late at night and the owner was already waiting for us at the place (thanks Gui!). The communication with the owners was perfect throughout the whole stay. Appartment is well located right in the city center, clean and including all necessary amenities. The place is not spatious (2nd bedroom is more suited for kids, the ceiling is really low) but the rooftop terrace is just perfect. We would definitely recommend this place!

Petit appartement calme et très bien situé

Passée la porte d'entrée, cet appartement refait à neuf et bien équipé vous plonge dans l'ambiance du vieux Lisbonne avec ses escaliers étroits et raides comme les rues de la ville. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié sa situation géographique au coeur de la vieille ville proche des commerces et d'une station du célèbre tram 28, ainsi que sa terrasse sur les toits. Cependant, cet appartement est inadapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite, avec ses escaliers en échelles de meunier et une chambre très basse de plafond. Merci à Guillaume pour sa disponibilité et ses très bon conseils pour passer un agréable séjour.

goede lokatie

Het is een goed appartement met een heerlijk dakterras. Als je dat wil, kun je heel de dag van de zon genieten. Je hebt alles wat nodig is voor een kort verblijf. Appartement ligt 50 meter van tramlijn 28. Dit is het bekende toeristische tramlijntje maar meestal konden we gewoon opstappen. Voor mensen die wat moeilijker ter been zijn of met kleine kinderen zou ik dit appartement niet aanbevelen. De trappen zijn namelijk erg stijl en deels niet afgeschermd. Ook is het goed om je te realiseren dat een van de slaapkamers zo laag is dat je daar voortdurend gebukt moet lopen. Hoeft geen probleem te zijn maar wel goed om je te realiseren. De eigenaar (en de contactpersoon) was super behulpzaam. Vragen werden direct beantwoord. Dat was echt uitstekend.

Un hogar acogedor en el centro de Lisboa

Hemos disfrutado mucho nuestra estancia en Santa Catarina Terrace. Fuimos 2 adultos y 2 niños y la casa ha estado a la altura de nuestra exigencia. Se encuentra en una pequeña calle en Bairro Alto, muy céntrico y con buenas comunicaciones. Nosotros fuimos andando a casi todos los sitios sin ningún problema. El apartamento no es muy grande, pero está muy bien aprovechado. En el piso inferior tenemos el salón, la cocina y el cuarto de baño. El salón es muy luminoso y acogedor. El baño tiene ducha hidromasaje. Y la cocina está equipada con nevera, horno, lavadora, microondas, etc... Además de todos los utensilios que puedas llegar a necesitar. No echamos nada en falta a pesar de que desayunamos y cenamos en la casa todos los días. Y en la planta de arriba están los dormitorios y la terraza. El dormitorio de los niños es abuhardillado y algo bajo de altura para un adulto, pero para niños es ideal y muy divertido. El otro dormitorio tiene más altura y es más amplio. La terraza es lo mejor de la vivienda. Unas vistas maravillosas y un lugar muy tranquilo para desayunar o incluso cenar y tomar una cerveza. Los anfitriones, tanto Gui como Shana fueron muy atentos y estuvimos perfectamente atendidos en todo momento. Si algún día volvemos repetiremos estancia en Santa Catarina Terrace Apartments. Obrigado Shana y Gui por hacer nuestra estancia en Lisboa inolvidable.

un agréable séjour

Nous avons passé 11 jours à Lisbonne, l'appartement que nous avions réservé est à l'identique des photos sur le site. Il est très bien. Idéalement situé dans une petite ruelle au calme. Il n'est pas fait pour des personnes à mobilité réduite. Nous avons eu le plaisir de rencontrer Guillaume, le propriétaire, une personne charmante.

Chambres non fonctionnelles. Dommage ! Car quartier agreable et calme

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et le propriétaire le savait mais n'a rien dit. Dormir sous les combles d'accord mais il aurait fallu préciser "pliés en deux" . Pour nous pas de souci mais l'escalier n'est pas accessible aux personnes en difficulté pour se mouvoir et cela n'est pas précisé. Salon cependant sympathique et terrasse egalement. Quartier calme avec tout à proximité.

Klein maar fijn

De trappen naar het appartement zijn zeer smal en steil. Eenmaal in het appartement was mijn eerste gedachte: Zo moet Sneeuwitje zich hebben gevoeld toen ze in het huisje van de dwergen kwam. Het is lang maar smal. Het plafond in de slaapkamers is heel laag, je kan er niet rechtop staan. Maar het is zoals heel veel appartementen in de wijk. Alles is verder in het appartement aanwezig, dakterras is lekker vertoeven, wel alleen bereikbaar via slaapkamer. En het contact met Guillaume en zijn assistente Shana is zeer goed. Zeer behulpzaam en gastvrij. Al met al hebben we een goed verblijf gehad en als je goed ter been bent is dit appartement echt wel een aanrader

Charmant petit appartement - propriétaire au petit soin

Appartement très bien situé pour visiter le centre historique de Lisbonne à pied. La terrasse, quasiment sans vis à vis est vraiment son point fort pour boire un verre en fin de journée au soleil. Cuisine très bien équipée. Belle décoration de l'appartement. Par contre attention à la hauteur sous plafond dans les chambres et les escaliers pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. Le propriétaire Guillaume est au top ; il nous a conseillé pour arriver de l'aéroport, pendant tout le séjour et nous a commandé un taxi le matin du retour. disponible à n'importe quel moment par téléphone et par mail - encore merci !

Un appartement calme proche des lieux à découvrir (visites et vie nocturne)

Grande disponibilité et gentillesse de Guillaume et Glenn lors de notre séjour. Nous avons apprécié le calme et la propreté des appartements ainsi que la proximité des quartiers plus animés. Nous avons fait la plupart de nos visites à pied.Notre séjour a été très agréable et apprécié de tous. Lisbonne est une ville où l’on se sent bien.
