The open floor plan has the kitchen, dining room area and living room. The Master bedroom on the main level has a Queen bed and a full bathroom. The bedroom loft upstairs features a Twin over Full bunk as well as a full bathroom.

The dining room table seats 4 and 4 more at the eat-in granite kitchen. The living room has a gas burning fireplace. Ski lockers, outdoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, sand volleyball court are just a few of the amenities at the complex.

The property is located about 8-10 minute walk to the ski area or take the free Steamboat transit bus that picks up steps away from the complex.

This unit is located on the top floor of the complex there are stairs required to get to the unit. This complex does not have an elevator.

I had a great stay this weekend. The condo was very clean and the large kitchen was stocked with everything I needed. I didn’t use it, but there’s a bunk bed in the upstairs loft that would be perfect for kids.Check-in was very easy using the directions provided, and I had no trouble getting in. While the condos are older, this unit has been very nicely renovated and is clearly well cared for.Parking was simple, and the location is great—just a couple of minutes from the slopes. For the price, it’s a really great value for what you get. I could also see this being a great base for summertime activities in the area. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo location and layout are great. We had some issues with the WiFi when we first arrived. I was in communication with the property manager, but her responses were sporadic. It would have been helpful to have a phone number to text or call. She did not provide this. The condo was not well cleaned. There was food on the floor by the sofa, hair in the bathtub. The fridge had a terrible odor. I know cleaning crews rush, but they should do a better job. And the property manager can also check before guests arrive. Seemed careless

Bed were hard and mattress covered in plastic. Upstairs tv didn’t work. Property manager did not care. Supposed to stay 3 nights but left after 1. Will never go back!!

Thanks Rob for that feedback. The TV upstairs has a DVD connected to it which I communicated with you and for sanitary purposes the mattresses have mattress pads on them. I apology that you did not like the home and we hope you visit Steamboat again and try one of our other 30 properties!
