Maison bord de mer

La maison est vraiment ravissante. Note spéciale pour les rideaux qui sont magnifiques. Le petit jardin était parfait, taille de la cuisine ainsi que la salle à manger et le salon aussi. . Chacun a eu sa chambre . Une maison à vivre en famille ou entre amis .

Jolie villa qui aurait besoin d’une petite rĂ©vision des portes qui ne ferment pas dans les chambres et des problĂšmes de tuyauterie dans la salle de bains du 1 et Ă©tage Dommage que la propriĂ©taire ne veuille pas d’un micro-ondes ce serait vraiment un plus dans la cuisine

Great location, spacious house, a few improvements needed

Overall this is a lovely spacious house. Comms with the owner were quick, clear and effective. There are a couple of things to mention which would be useful for others: 1) parking is not included onsite. There is pay parking outside the house and a car park at the beach close by. However the pay app doesn't work and it is expensive so we found out at the last minute we had to walk 15 mins to the town hall, buy an annual parking permit for 55Euros. We were never able to get a spot outside the house and sometimes had to circle the beach car park for 10 mins to get a parking spot. 2) check-in says 4pm. We planned channel tunnel timings around this. The agent contacted us the night before and said we couldn't check-in till 6pm as they were busy before then. 3) The beds are not made up so you have to do this yourself. 4) The local agency were not particularly friendly or polite (with the exception of Sandrine who was lovely). They were abrupt and quite rude. 5) You have to walk with your bin bags to a communal bin which is around 10 minutes walk. Not ideal carrying bin bags through the streets in hot weather. 6) The stairs are very steep, especially to the top floor, so not ideal for very young children or anyone who is a little infirm. 7) Although it is clear if you read carefully, the summary description on VRBO says 3 bathrooms. There is in fact one walk in shower (top floor), a bathroom with hose (middle floor) and a WC(no washhand basin)(ground floor).

Maison familiale trÚs agréable et idéalement située

Excellent séjour en famille dans cette maison typique confortable et spacieuse, située à 2 pas de la mer et à moins de 10 mn à pied des commerces. On s'est senti comme chez soi! Merci Claudia et Sandrine pour l'accueil.

Lieu de vacances idéal

Excellent séjour dans cette maison typique, bien décorée, mais qui gagnerait à quelques travaux de rafraichissement. L'environnement est trÚs calme, la plage à proximité immédiate, l'équipement complet. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de solution de parking ! Juste un petit couac à l'arrivée avec Groom Service, arrivé avec une demi-heure de retard sur le rendez-vous alors que nous attendions avec nos bagages sur le trottoir à l'heure dite.

Localisation idéale vs équipement moyen

Situation idéale prÚs de la plage et du centre ville. La maison étant prévu pour 8 personnes, manque de chaises (autant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur). Frigo et lave vaisselle trop petits. Pas de micro onde! Manque d'entretien du jardin.

Leuk huis op een top locatie

Het huis ligt op een toplocatie. De inrichting is sfeervol en de keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Aan de achterkant bevindt zich een mooie tuin. Een echte aanrader.

Nous avons passé des bonnes vacances dans cette maison. Maison charmante avec localisation idéale: tout prÚs du centre et de la plage. La maison est bien équipée. Il est agréable de se détendre dans le jardin. La maison n'est pas propre. (poussiÚre, vieilles pantoufles, produits expirés dans la cuisine....).

IdĂ©alement situĂ©e, cette maison est trĂšs agrĂ©able Ă  vivre. Tous les enfants apprĂ©cient cette maison: les adolescents sont autonomes et peuvent aller se promener facilement. Quant aux plus jeunes, ils bĂ©nĂ©ficient des jouets de la chambre d’enfants. Cuisine trĂšs pratique (Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la salle Ă  manger et du jardin) et des toilettes Ă  tous les Ă©tages.

Maison trÚs cosy, à 5 min de la rue St-Jean et de la plage. Parfait emplacement donc. Chambres, jardin, salon... tout est trÚs agréable. Attention aux escaliers plutÎt pentus (je pense aux jeunes enfants). Il manque un lave-linge. Bonne adresse, je pense y revenir!

Beautiful french town house close to the beach.

We loved staying here. The house is on three floors, with a very beautiful vintage-y french style interior. We stayed here with our 3 kids and it was great for them. A pretty big garden (it's bigger than it looks in the photos) a toy room. The only thing that isn't so child friendly is the stairs but my lot seemed to manage just fine. The kitchen is pretty well equipt, all the bedrooms are a good size and it has nice bathrooms. If you want bedding and towels you have to pay an extra fee, we brought our own with was fine as we drove there from the UK, it might be worth asking the bed and duvet sizes if you intend to do this. The wi-fi didn't work very well so we ended up just using the 4G which worked better. The location is great, a 5 minute walk from the beach and the Aqua Park and also very close to the main stretch of shops and restaurants. Parking is free outside the house on weekdays, otherwise it's about 20 euros for the weekend (I think) I would definitely recommend this house for anyone looking to stay in Le Touquet.

Nous avons passé un séjour idéal à 5 min à pied du centre et de la plage. La maison est agréable. Nous étions 2 familles (4 adultes et 3 enfants). Un grand merci pour votre accueil. Tout était facile : l'entrée en contact, notre arrivée, notre départ.

Maison idéalement située pour profiter du Touquet mais prestations décevantes

Cette maison est situĂ©e idĂ©alement par rapport au centre ville du Touquet et Ă  la mer : suffisamment proche pour faire tous les dĂ©placements Ă  pieds et suffisamment Ă©loignĂ© pour ne pas subir les nuisances sonores du centre ville. La maison est conforme au descriptif gĂ©nĂ©ral. L'Ă©tat d'entretien est un peu juste sans ĂȘtre rĂ©dhibitoire. Un point noir qui assombri ce tableau : la propretĂ© de la maison laisse Ă  dĂ©sirer, et est d'autant moins acceptable compte tenu du forfait mĂ©nage demandĂ©. A ce tarif lĂ , maison devrait ĂȘtre impĂ©ccable, or les toiles d'araignĂ©es sont lĂ©gions, les carreaux n'ont pas vu un chiffon depuis bien longtemps, le sol de certaines chambres n'avait pas Ă©tĂ© fait,...et on nous demande en plus de passer l'aspirateur au rdc avant de partir.

New Year 2018

We (party of 8 - 4 adults and 4 kids btw 2 and 7) have spent New Year's Eve 2018 in this house. Despite quite rainy and stormy weather we have spent a lovely holiday. Claudia was very responsive and helpful. The house itself is perfectly located (no need to move the car, everything - including beach - in walking distance) and nicely furnished and decorated. If you are travelling with kids they will certainly enjoy the kids room upstairs with lots of toys (but careful with the steep staircase). If you are travelling in spring or summer you will benefit from the garden and the bicycles which are available. As the house is also used by the owners, there is everything you need (from oyster knife, lobster cracker, Nespresso coffee maker to good wifi connection). Fully recommendable and will be an option for us when coming back to Le Touquet.
