Welcome to Pua Lani, a gated one acre estate two blocks from the ocean that features resort landscaping and large lawn areas that create a very private and serene setting for your stay.

The two story home features 3 bedrooms and 3 baths along with a large high ceilinged great room that contains a kitchen with quartz counter tops, farmhouse sink and large island. Along with a large living and dining area. This room is a fresh mix of contemporary/farmhouse furniture and original art that gives a comfortable vibe and sunny feel. The large lanai overlooking the beautiful rear yard features outdoor cooking/dining and comfortable furniture for a great relaxing experience. A 6 person wood sauna also awaits you for your enjoyment!

You will fall asleep to the gentle sound of the ocean waves. The master bedroom features a large queen bed, walk in closet, reading nook and door to the lanai. The large contemporary master bath gives you a spa feeling with its 6' soaking tub, large rainfall walk in shower and double vanity. This room is very light and airy from the window placement and also very private with its expansive yard views. The second bedroom features a large queen bed, reading nook and door to the lanai. Also includes large bathroom that has a soaking tub/shower and features expansive yet private yard views.
The third bedroom is located on the lower level, featuring a cozy queen-size bed and easy access to a nearby bathroom. This level also includes a spacious additional living room, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The downstairs area is ideal for extended stays or extra privacy.
This clean contemporary home is meticulously maintained inside and out to offer you a quiet, relaxed and private stay.

Located 20 minutes outside Hilo this property is a great place to base your explorations and adventures to Volcano National Park, Black sand beaches, snorkeling and all of your other Big Island fun. For local recommendations regarding

Beautiful oasis

We had a terrific stay at this property. The home itself was very nice and clean and the back yard was an oasis. The beds were comfy too. Jolanta, our host, was easy to contact and fast to respond. We would definitely stay again if visiting the Big Island.

A great place to stay in Hilo

We loved this property and would stay here again. It was outstanding, beautiful, and had everything we needed! Amazing! Please consider replacing the lani seating area.

The accommodations were exactly as the pictures portrayed. The back yard was amazing to look at with your morning cup of joe. The furnishings were comfortable. The kitchen was also exactly like pictures. I would definitely stay here again

Beautiful and Quiet Oasis

This property is very well maintained with an outstanding garden! We could hear the birds in the morning and the tree frogs and surf at night. The host had provided some thoughtful touches, the beds were very comfortable., and the whole house is very clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Lovely spot

We had a lovely stay in Paradise Park. The place is really nice with a gorgeous backyard. I loved listening to the animals and waves as I was going to sleep- the perfect sound machine. It’s a little off the beaten path but it worked well for us going to Volcano Park and Hilo.

Perfect place to stay!

I was absolutely impressed with how well done the entire property is. It is by far the best place I have staying in all my travels. It was hard to leave. It is a bit of a jaunt from things, but so worth it. I loved how close it was to the ocean and being able to watch the sunrise in such a beautiful spot just blocks away. I hope I can return someday!

Incredible

We absolutely loved this incredible and spacious home. The yard was stunning and we especially loved the black bamboo in the corner! Every detail is thoughtful and the home is clean and new. The care they have put in, made us take care of it as if it were our own. It would have been a different experience with a lot less privacy if the owners were on property and we had only rented for 2 BR instead of all 3.

Home away from home!

We booked this place for the second half of our trip and it was amazing. It was so peaceful and at night you could hear the ocean. The house is equipped with everything you need. Very clean and beautifully decorated which made it so homey. The host was great and available when ever we needed her. I would recommend this place.

Keaau holiday!

Unit was as described! Clean and well appointed. It might be the nicest VRBO we have stayed at. It was a bit remote/rural but we knew that prior to booking. A real nice place to rest and stay while exploring the Hilo area. Highly recommend the unit.

Beautiful House and Yard

We were excited when we finally got to see this house. It is beautiful and spacious, and the yard looks wonderful. Great porch for relaxing and dining. Great kitchen for cooking. Comfortable bedrooms. The neighbor downstairs was hardly noticed. I would stay here again.

Perfect!!

I stayed in this lovely home with my sons while visiting the island for work and pleasure. This was the point of our trip where we just wanted to relax. Well, we couldn’t of chose a more relaxing atmosphere!!! The home and grounds were stunning, the house clean, and the furnishing just lovely!!! Don’t hesitate to book this house!!!!!

Quite and Comfortable

The property and house are really well maintained. This is a really nice house with high end decor and very nice bedrooms with comfortable beds. The checkin/out process was super easy. There place has everything you could possibly need for fixing your own meals. There was even a cooler for day trips. All in all I love staying at this place. It was quite and super comfortable. I will stay here again on my next trip

Home is beautiful, backyard is gorgeously landscaped. If you are looking for a get away this is your place. Falling asleep to the coqui frogs is so peaceful. Of note, it is 23ish minutes away from Hilo, which isn't too bad but slightly inconvenient as it is not close to grocery stores or shopping if that is what you are looking for. Easily addrrssed by planning ahead. Home is well stocked with kitchen items, welcome gift, spices, towels. Great home. Would definitely stay again.

great quiet getaway

Came to the Big Island not only for some fun in the sun but for a graduation as well. Perfect getaway. Loved sitting out on the lanai, especially in the morning, watching the birds and enjoying the beautiful landscaping that surrounded the house. Yes,the house is a little far from Hilo and other locations but we didn't mind and felt the seclusion was peaceful and completely relaxing. The host was amazing. Being the first time we have done a VRBO was helpful and didn't seemed annoyed with any questions that we may have had. Place was clean and beds were comfy. Already trying to schedule another time to come back.

Like Living in our own park

Totally lovely home with the most gorgeous back yard—it was like having our own private park. The house was spotless, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, the kitchen was extremely well equipped with anything you might need. Our only negative comment is that the property manager could learn some spirit of Aloha. She never greeted us or asked if everything was okay. Just a simple hello would have been appreciated. But the home is a complete WINNER!!!

Simply Paradise

Pics dont do it justice, estate and especially the grounds are incredible. From the open concept kitchen, living and dining room to the separate suites flanking either side for separation and privacy to the jaw dropping 2nd story lanai and the outstanding view of the beautiful backyard where you can sit and spend hours looking and still discover new plants, birds and even some mongoose among the flower beds and lava rock borders. Location is down by the coast and an easy walk or if you prefer jog. Short drive to Shipman Beach parking which is great but be prepared for a serious hike. Also, you're midway between shopping/eating in Paoha and Keaau and just a 15 to 20 min drive to Hilo. We were so happy we stayed here, I believe you will be also.

We were welcomed with complimentary goodies when we arrived, the kitchen had everthing we needed, and a closet full of beach items. They thought of everything. Thank you for an awesome stay!

Never wanted to leave

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The grounds are lush, well manicured, so beautiful, really setting the scene for a relaxing time. When we first arrived, we accidentally past the house, and when we backed up to enter the driveway, my son said, 'This looks nice, I was hoping this was our house!' We were then welcomed with a very generous welcome package which was such a nice touch! The home itself was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was thoroughly stocked with literally everything you need for home cooked dinners and lunch outings. Same with beach accessories, even water shoes which we had been planning to purchase for my 10 yo. With windows and fans, it never got too hot, which I was a little concerned about before we arrived. You do need to pack away all your food in the fridge and cupboards as insects may come but once you do that, not a problem at all (and I freak out with insects). We would absolutely stay here again. The host was communicative, friendly and super helpful. What a joy it was to stay here, we never wanted to leave! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Comfortable and beautiful location

We were here for work and a little relaxation. It is within about 1 hour of Hilo airport. Restaurants are about 20 minutes away in a smaller communuty town. It was very comfortable working remotely and had great internet. We sat outside on the lanai to relax, eat meals, and work. The overlook is a back yard with a spacious fully enclosed gorgeous vegetation border. We listened to crashing waves of the ocean a few blocks away, as they pummeled the lava cliffs. Super comfortable furnishings that are nicely arranged. The yard is fully enclosed by a vegetation fence of flowers and trees and an iron gate. The refrigerator is new but the ice and water dispenser did not work. They had a maintance worker come and scheduled service from the manufacturer, but it was for after our departure. The grill was nice but had not been cleaned in a long time. We cleaned it for us and for the next guests. The rainfall shower works but the main shower assembly in that bathroom did not work. We really appreciated the responsiveness of the management company. They addressed all our concerns immediately. Great people and great response. We'll defintely be back next time we are in town.
