It is a newly launched boutique resort featuring 13 luxury vacation homes, 74 private marina slips and a centrally located pool deck and clubhouse. We provide unparalleled service in an intimate setting allowing you to relax and unwind. We are located in Marathon in The Middle Keys, so you can easily explore all that The Keys have to offer.

Plenty of Room & Beautiful View
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We brought our boat so the location was great, you could see the boat on the dock right behind the home. We had an issue with the washing machine but they got it replaced on the 4th day of our stay. There were 9 of us in the home and there was plenty of room & lots of space to spread out. There are 2 living rooms, the largest does not have a tv...we didn’t do a ton of tv watching but would suggest one if the larger room for hanging out with the whole group. Also, there is a strange banging noise either the plumbing about every 30 minutes or more frequently if people are showering/flushing toilet, that you can hear in the bedroom's (master & guest) on one side of the house.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The resort is very nice, our home was also very nice. Spending the extra month for the waterfront property is worth it. One negative is if you like to cook, the pots, pans, and knives need to be updated. You couldn't even sharpen the knives they are so bad. We didn't have sufficient cookware which was disappointing. One final disappointment is the water main broke in Marathon, affecting the water at the resort. We didn't have water for a full day, couldn't shower, couldn't flush toilets, couldn't wash hands - and because we weren't able to shower that kind of ruined our plans for the day so we had to stick around the resort. I expressed my concern to management, asked for some sort of compensation and they were unwilling to offer any sort of compensation, which is unfortunate given the amount of money we paid to stay there. We were the guests, we were unhappy, sorry it's not our fault doesn't cut it. Get some new pots, pans and knives, and the next time the water main breaks, you're in the business of hospitality - I would recommend at a minimum providing drinking water and at least ensuring your guests are happy and satisfied.
