This family property from 1937 is one of the oldest in KERFANY les PINS.
The property is located in the woods of KERFANY, a privileged environment made up of old residences. It is surrounded by trees of various species (pines, chestnut trees, oaks) and benefits from a large fully enclosed garden planted with camellias, hydrangeas and rhododendrons.
Newly opened for rental and modernized in 2016, it retains its old elements: stone walls, fireplaces, cement tiles, woodwork and beams.
It is located 150 meters from a sandy beach surrounded by rocks, and close to the customs trails that run along the entire coast and offers magnificent walks in all seasons.
It is close to the port of BELON at just over a kilometer.
If you like peace and beautiful sites you can only be seduced by this property.

Jolie maison ancienne avec agréable jardin. Le rdv de chaussée est un peu vieillot. Bien que proche de la mer, pas de vue directe sur la mer depuis la maison.Point de départ de nombreuses randonnées à pied (sentier côtier) et à vélo.

En été la végétation cache la vue sur la mer, il reste la vue sur la rivière ,quant aux meubles du rez de chaussée , ils sont en partie du 17/18 eme, ce qui pour moi en fait le charme d'une maison familiale et non d'une location de vacances moderne mais plus impersonnelle, pour moi j'ai apprécié de vous recevoir et je pense que vous avez aimé la tranquillité du lieu. Haus und Garten sind sehr schön in herrlicher ruhiger Lage. Wir haben dort einen sehr schönen, erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Einziger Minuspunkt: Ausstattung und Sauberkeit der Küche könnten besser sein.

Maison authentique

Nous avons passé un séjour trop court dans un endroit de rêve. Bien sûr, les portes grincent un peu, les équipements datent un peu; mais c'est ce qui fait le charme de cette authentique maison bretonne. L'endroit est extrêmement calme. Lire au soleil dans le jardin est un luxe paradisiaque. Sans parler des randonnées sur les chemins côtiers. Une mention spéciale pour Aurélie qui nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Das Haus war für unsere Zwecke perfekt. Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, alles ist da was man braucht. Für uns war wegen unseres Hundes besonders wichtig, dass das komplette zum Haus gehörige Grundstück vollständig eingezäunt ist. Das wird in Beschreibungen oft behauptet, aber nur sehr selten ist es dann wirklich eingehalten, was uns schon häufig in die Lage brachte, dass wir improvisieren mussten. Nicht so hier - es gibt wirklich einen kompletten und umlaufenden Zaun, so dass man auch freiheitsliebende Vierbeiner bedenkenlos in den Garten lassen kann. Also, alles toll, jederzeit wieder!

Traum Urlaub in der Bretagne

Ein Traumhaus mit einem super schönen Garten für uns und unsere Hunde. Ausreichend Platz und sehr gut ausgestattet!!! Wenn man nicht an den 150 Meter entfernten Strand wollte konnten man sich im Garten toll erholen. Absolute Ruhe aber eine schöne Lage für spannende Ausflüge in die Natur oder zum Shoppen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können es nur empfehlen.

Séjour très agréable dans 1cadre idyllique

Idéalement situé entre la plage de Kerfany et les petites criques de la ria du Belon, la vue est superbe et la maison bien équipée et très chaleureuse. Le propriétaire est plein de gentilles attentions, on retiendra l adresse..

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus in Kerfany-les-Pins liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von einer kleinen Badebucht (Sandstrand) entfernt.Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat einen komplett eingezäunten Garten mit Hortensien und alten Bäumen, sodass man sich sowohl in der Sonne als auch im Schatten entspannen kann.Da wir gutes Wetter hatten, konnten wir alle Mahlzeiten auf der Terrasse einnehmen. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen!

Beautiful Brittany retreat

Lovely house in idyllic setting, within a few minutes walk of sandy sea beach and quiet coves. Great garden space. Kitchen a little dated, but perfectly adequate given that we cooked outside on the bbq. We all had a wonderful time here.

Schöne Gegend, ganz toller schmugglerpfad die Bucht entlang. Das Haus ist sehr schön, gut ausgestattet, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Alles einwandfrei, die Küche ist ein bisschen In die Jahre gekommen.

Jolie maison dans un coin charmant

Location très bien placée entre la plage et le club de voile , idéale pour les vacances de petits-enfants. Rez-de-chaussée pratique bien qu'un peu vieillot, chambres très spacieuses et agréables à l'étage. Jardin agréable mi-ombre mi-soleil, jolis hortensias. Séjour très agréable sous le soleil breton.
