Guest Responsibility
Guest accepts responsibility to maintain the property during occupancy, agrees to replace or repair, and pays for any breakage, damage, or loss caused by Guest or Guest's visitors. Guests may be held liable for any violations or citations

The Space:
Sip your coffee in the morning in the patio, or cooling off in the sparkling private pool (heating offered $75 for pool and spa /day or $25/day for spa) you’re sure to find plenty of ways to relax in your own private oasis. Plus, the grill is ready for bbq'ing!

The large windows across the entire back of the house mean that you can enjoy the views while you curl up on the comfortable sectional, share a meal at the dining room table (seats 6) or at the kitchen bar (seats 5). Plus, the wet bar is complete with a second sink (seats 3).

The den features a game room with a foosball table, 1100+game arcade and safe darts, making it a fun game room for all ages to kick back and enjoy!

You're sure to wake up refreshed and ready for another relaxing day in the desert in one of the 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom features comfortable mattresses and luxury linens.

The stunning Master Suite features direct access to the backyard, taking advantage of those views of the golf course and mountains. The master bathroom also has dual sinks, a large walk-in closet, and separate large, soaking tub and shower. One more bedroom with a queen bed is located in the main house. Additionally the property has 2 twin roll-away beds.

The Casita Suite (1 queen bed) offers the perfect place for those who want more privacy and seclusion, and includes an en-suite bathroom. Private entrance to Casita through courtyard.

This home is ready for your arrival with high-quality linens, bath towels, and pool towels. Flat-screen TVs are in every bedroom, and a 75” TV is located in the family room. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to use with cookware, dinnerware, and basic supplies. Please note we provide a 3 day supply of basic amenities for guests to start with (ie. toilet paper, paper towel, trash bag liners, and dish soap)

Guest Access:
Additional amenities include high speed wifi, linens plus pool towels, washer and dryer.

All tv's are smart tv's with access to Netflix. TV in family room has cable.

Golf- Non PGA West members can golf on the stadium tournament course and the Greg Norman course within PGA West.

Tennis- Non PGA West members can play tennis at the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens as the tennis courts within PGA Wells is members only.

The Neighborhood:
Golfers and non-golfers alike will appreciate the peaceful setting of the PGA West guard-gated community. Guests have quick and easy access to championship golf at PGA West and more, while Old Town La Quinta and El Paseo are both a short drive away.

Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in.

PRE-CHECK-IN PROCESS
Upon booking confirmation, you will receive a link from Duve that will allow you to complete the pre-check-in process, which includes the following:

1. Providing names of all guests
2. Approximate arrival of your time to the home so one of our team members can conduct a welcome walk-through.
3. Secure location to upload your ID. (Required by city law in the Desert and HOA in HI)
4. Agreeing to terms of your reservation (Example: check-in, check-out dates, number of occupants, etc.)

After the pre-check-in process is complete, you will have access to an individual guest area that is accessible through the web and contains all the information needed for your stay. Such as home address, access codes (Available within 24 hours of check-in), access to team members, details about the property, etc. (No app download required).
