Wake up to spectacular mountain views in this spacious 3bd 2 ba, located on the 7th hole of the world-renowned Arnold Palmer Course in PGA West Golf Resort.
There are many heated pools/spas for you to enjoy! TNote: These pools are NOT PRIVATE ~ There are 2 pools located about 20 feet from the front of the house and another one to the left of the house 50 feet away.
If you’re looking for a home that has it all, you’ve found it! You will be well taken care of by the Copple Concierge Services management team - a fantastic, concierge service that is just a phone call away to answer any questions or address any concerns.

Great property with spacious rooms overlooking golf course! Excellent t host with ease of communication and check in and check out. My go to host for palms springs golf adventures!

good golf but...

Overall impression of the property was good although it was listed as a "house" yet was a shared wall unit in a line of 3 or 4 condominiums. In one adjacent unit, the clients smoked outside incessantly and flooded our patio, often even the indoors of our unit, with cigarette and cigar smoke. The hifi playing loudly on their outdoor patio only added to our angst. We compensated by just leaving - a very nice pool near-by, excellent golf and the many restaurants at La Quinta village.
