About this property

This mountain home sleeps 12 and is close to everything Angel Fire offers! Situated 2 minutes from the grocery store and 5 minutes from the slopes, the location is perfect! We purchased this home in October 2018 and have furnished it completely with new furnishings and appliances, and custom touches throughout the home. There are 4 bedrooms and a bonus room with a smart tv. The living room boasts a 55" smart tv and sound bar, leather couch, love seat and recliner, and wood burning fireplace for relaxing after fun on the slopes or a day on the PGA Golf Course. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, smart tv with sound bar, and a private bath with tub and separate shower. The custom built dining room table seats 10, and there is additional seating for 7 at the bar and custom built buffet. The garage is equipped with a basketball hoop, ping pong table and custom shuffleboard for an added bonus, and is sure to bring out the competitor in everyone! Fiber optic Wifi is included! Enjoy grilling on the back deck, the beautiful pine trees in the back of the house, and walk the trails down to the greenbelt below. Sit back and relax in the Adirondack chairs and light a fire in the firepit while enjoying the tall pine trees and incredible Angel Fire atmosphere that this deck offers. This is the perfect mountain getaway with year round activities and all the comforts of home!

Great house!!

We really enjoyed it! House was clean and nice and having the basement was a huge plus! My only complaint is they want you to take the trash to the dump and I found that very odd and it’s not easy when you have a car full of kids and then you have to carry trash with you when you leave…. I would understand if there was not a cleaning fee but there was a steep cleaning fee….

Great property

Had a great time at this house, close to the slopes (5 minutes), plenty of room for large group to eat and play games (we had 10 friends/family), could have easily accommodated 12.

Spring Break 2023

Our family enjoyed this property. It was close enough to the slopes and stores. The home was well stocked and kept. Lots of deer and turkeys in the yard everyday.

Family Ski trip

This property is awesome and so beautifully decorated. Stocked to the tee! Accommodated our family and the okay room was perfect for our kids and grandkids.

We currently live in Houston, TX and have vacationed in Angel Fire often. Our kids grew up skiing and we always wanted a mountain home to gather at. This is a dream come true and we are so excited to share our home away from home with you!

Why they chose this property

Angel Fire is close enough for us to be able to drive and that was a huge draw. We love that there are options of skiing Angel Fire, Taos, or Red River also.
