The 5,959 sqft of living space includes a cozy great room with soaring ceilings & stacked stone fireplace, elegant dining room, gourmet kitchen with bar seating, breakfast area with trey ceiling, a keeping room with fireplace, 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms located on the main and upper levels. The upper level also includes a private sitting area. The finished basement offers a second fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, and full bathroom. The outdoor living space provides a nice place to gather and grill while rocking around the stone fire pit. Two person hot tub for relaxing after walking the Augusta National!
Home is an excellent option for multiple families as each bedroom/bathroom combination is located in its own section of the house. In addition, the basement apartment offers privacy with its own separate parking area and entry.
