Beach Home with Pool in Jamaica Beach

This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home has a pool, a fire pit, and a fully fenced yard for endless fun. All this and just a minute`s drive (or a leisurely stroll) from the beach. Imagine splashing in the pool after building sandcastles, unwinding poolside with a cool drink, or roasting marshmallows under a blanket of stars. Inside, Jamaica Me Happy offers a comfortable layout with a dedicated lounging area perfect for entertaining the kids.

● Location: Jamaica Beach community of Galveston, Texas

● Beach access: Less than a minute drive from the Jamaica Beach access point. Cars and golf carts are allowed to park on the beach.

● Private pool: This home features a large, in-ground pool that is 6ft deep, newly installed in June 2023!

● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Jamaica Beach community pool (open Memorial Day thru Labor Day - $5 per person) and city park.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.

As you enter the open living and dining space you will notice the vaulted ceiling and space for your whole crew. Two overstuffed sofas and a plush armchair face the large flatscreen television. Your whole group will love to snuggle up here in the evenings to watch television or host a fun family game night.

In the kitchen, a unique island features a rustic, reclaimed-wood workspace and a tiered bar with seating for three. This kitchen is the perfect space to brew your morning coffee, pack up snacks for the beach, or serve up happy hour cocktails before dinner.

The primary suite sits off the living space and has a king-size bed and a spa-like bathroom with a gigantic, custom-built, step-in shower with a built-in bench. Relax here at the end of a long day at the beach while the water cools your sun-kissed skin.

Another bedroom on this floor has a queen-size bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed with a trundle. A second full bathroom on this floor can be accessed from the hallway. Downstairs on the ground level, a super-cool hangout spot for the kids includes a sleeper sofa, flatscreen television, and a full-over-full bunk bed with a trundle.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- This community only allows BLACK TRASH BAGS. We provide trash bags under the kitchen sink. Please refrain from using white bags.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
