Looking for a place where you and your group can spend every minute of your Galveston getaway in the water, soaking up the Texas Gulf Coast sun? Look no further! Margaritaville on the Bay is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, canal home located in Sea Isle on Galveston's West end.

This home offers a private pool, great bay views, a fabulous outdoor kitchen, bar, and grill, and quick easy access to the bay. Perfect for a fisherman's getaway or family retreat. The interior features a large living room, open to the fully-stocked kitchen, a second floor master suite with a private bathroom and balcony. Excellent water views throughout the home, perfectly located for sunsets over the bay.

Notes: This home is not pet friendly. The boat slip may be used, electronic lift is not available. Renter is responsible for refilling the propane tank if using the built in gas grill. Charcoal grill also provided. There is an additional smaller pool area great for children, this is NOT a heated hot tub.

Ground Level: Large outdoor kitchen, bar seating, charcoal and built in gas grill; Fenced in yard/driveway; Private pool; Fishing dock, boat slip, fish cleaning station; No garage access. Parking for 4 vehicles.

Main Level: Partially covered deck, extending over the canal for sun bathing. Large open living and dining room, kitchen with additional breakfast bar seating. Hall closet with stack-able washer/dryer. Bedroom one features a Queen size bed, with smart Roku TV. Shared hallway bathroom, shower/tub combo. Bedroom two is great for the kids, with a pyramid bunk (Twin over a Full) and a pull out trundle underneath.

Second Level: Enjoy a private master suite with a King size bed, full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, smart TV, and your own deck featuring never-ending bay views.

All of TVs in the home are Smart TVs allowing guests to log in and connect to Netflix or other streaming services, in addition to regular cable service. Please use your own accounts, and sign out before you depart.
The home also has Bluetooth capabilities for guests to listen to music in the living room and outdoor kitchen area.

Subdivision Amenities: Sea Isle Community Pool is available by purchasing a $100 pool pass from Sea Isle Subdivision. There is also a public park, tennis courts, picnic area pavilion, bait shop, convenience store and restaurant available.

Location: 5 minutes to the Beach; 17 mile drive to 61st Street; 20.1 mile drive to 25th & Strand; 16.3 miles to Moody Gardens/Schlitterbahn Waterpark.

Notes: Although provided, WiFi access/Cable/Dish service can be unreliable here on the West End of Galveston Island. We apologize, but Gary Greene Vacation Rentals is unable to guarantee these amenities will be working during your stay and is unable to offer refunds for disruption of these services.

Good place on the Bay
The house is an updated two-story on the Bay in Jamaica Beach with super east access to the beach across the highway. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Important to note that the primary bedroom is on the second floor and there are also stairs to get to the house first floor. If you have trouble navigating stairs this wouldn't be a good place. The views from the balconies and the bar/pool downstairs are fantastic! It's a really quiet place and very calming. We stayed here in the summer and for the holidays. Two negatives: both times the bunkbeds were not made up and it's not easy to make them. And, the "1/2 bath" is a toilet and small sink in an unfinished room behind the bar outside, so you have to go outside to use it. Finally, and it's not a big deal, the only condiments in the house are salt and pepper shakers and some coffee filters (lots of coffee filters). But, we came back a second time knowing all this and had a very good time!

The house was a perfect size for four adults and the little ones. Loved staying at the house as much as going and enjoying the attractions. It was a very pleasant and peaceful vacay!

We found the house to be very nice. House was very clean, bedrooms were nice size, living and kitchen area was great, ac worked well, outdoor kitchen was great. Pool was dirty and green when we got there! Cleaned the second day of our stay then landscapers came right after and blew grass all in it. So basically lost 2 days of pool use! Listing was misleading. Said great for Fishermans getaway. Could use boat slip but our boat didn’t even fit in slip but was able to tie up to side. Said fish cleaning station which there was none. And most importantly, you didn’t have access to the boat ramp! We have stayed in sea isle many times and have always had access. Closest access was not convenient! Would probably not have booked this house if we had known we didn’t have boat ramp access. Not clear in the listing.
