Villa "Kiwi" built in 2016, all comfort, with private pool (3,5x7), quiet location. This villa is accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Sleeps 8, 2 bedrooms and a dormitory mezzanine, 2 shower rooms. Fully equipped kitchen, garden furniture, deck chairs, TV, wifi.
Neat, nice and modern decoration.
Sheets, towels and cleaning at the end of the stay included.
Near Pinarello and its white sandy beach at 300m. You will follow the path through the pine forest to get there.
Boat rental and windsurfing nearby.
Restaurants of Pinarello at 700m, the "feet in the water".

Perfect vacation!

Our stay at this villa was the ideal vacation: beautiful home, beautiful outdoor space, and beautiful location. The villa was tastefully decorated and Nathalie, the host, was extremely welcoming. I would absolutely reccomend staying here!

Nous avons passé une semaine à 8 personnes dans la villa kiwi : tout était absolument parfait: la piscine, une belle terrasse, une très jolie décoration, la climatisation, la literie, le lave-vaisselle et la machine à laver, un grand frigo, une plancha, et surtout une cuisine 100 % équipée avec tous les ustensiles, appareil et vaisselle largement à disposition pour nous tous.La situation de la villa est également exceptionnelle: 2 à 3 places de parking devant pour la voiture, à 7 minutes à pied de la plage et à 10 minutes à pied du village avec ses restaurants, magasin et club de plongée.Même s'il y a plusieurs villas aux alentours, l'ambiance était globalement joyeuse mais calme et l'isolation de la villa, lorsque l'on fermait les porte-fenêtres, était impeccable.L'hôtesse était très accueillante et bienveillante, et un merci tout spécial à Marylène, qui s'est occupée avec un accueil très chaleureux de notre check-in et checkout et qui a été extrêmement réactive pour nos demandes.Nous reviendrons très certainement avec plaisir dans cet endroit magnifique :)

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation war immer top.Leider führt der Weg zum Strand an der Strasse entlang, was mit kleinen Kindern etwas gefährlich war.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, 2 Minuten zum Traumstrand Pinarellu und man erreicht für Ausflüge den Süden der Insel sehr gut. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und die Matratzen sind sehr gut und neu. Es ist alles da,von Gasgrill über Waschmaschine und Geschirrspülmaschine. Der Pool ist sehr schön. Die Übergabe funktionierte,trotz Sprachbarriere, dank Übersetzer-App gut. Nathalie ist sehr nett und wenn es Fragen oder Anliegen gab, dann war sie gut zu erreichen. Wir kommen wieder!

Semaine parfaite !

Très agréable séjour dans cette jolie villa pleine de charme, dans une résidence très calme. Centre de Pinarello très mignon avec quelques restaurants en bord de mer à seulement 10 minutes à pied. J’ai passé une super semaine et j’y retourne dès l’année prochaine !

Super séjour !

Nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants. La villa est superbe, conforme aux photos. Les chambres en bas sont séparées et ont chacune toilettes et salle de bain, très pratique ! En haut tres grande mezzanine pas contre c'est assez bas de plafond ! La villa est grande et bien équipée, la terrasse au Top. Nous avons passé de bons moments. Le seul bémol, nous y étions mi septembre et la piscine était très froide, nous n'avons pas pu en profiter pleinement. La situation est super, près de la jolie plage de pinarello (10 Minutes à pied) et a une 20aine de Minutes en voiture de Porto Vecchio. Bref, je recommande 😊

Concernant la température de la piscine, avant votre arrivée, le temps était maussade (vent et pluie), ce qui a considérablement rafraîchi l'eau ! J'en suis navrée. Habituellement on peut en profiter jusqu'en octobre. Je vous souhaite une bonne reprise. Bien cordialement.
