Mountain View Retreat - Close to all year round activities

Fantastic getaway mountain retreat. The house has large open living spaces which really lets everyone spread out. Large living room on upper level and cozy family room downstairs. Upstairs there is a wood burning stove and downstairs a wood burning insert which both add to the experience and remove any winter chill! 15-20 minutes to Mt. Snow, 3 miles to Wilmington Town center and .5 miles to public beach area. Very well equipped kitchen and large deck at the back of the house. Great location for any season.

Linens must be removed from the used beds and left in respective bedroom. All trash must be left in parking area and separated in two bins.

Serene stay away from it all - great hiking

Beautiful property in quiet woodlands surrounded by amazing hikes (walking distance trails with few other people). Fun brewery and distillery nearby. Amazing fall foliage. Fire pit on private back porch

Peace and Letting Go

Our family loved both the property and quiet, clean Lake Raponda. We did puzzles and ate on the deck. We were so glad we brought our bicycles. Next time we would bring a canoe.

Second time staying!

We chose to come back this year after a great experience in last MLK. Dan and Melissa are super helpful: detailed checkin/out procedure and immediate response. The house is also lovely! We would definitely come back again.

Dan and Melissa were great hosts and the house was just as advertised. They were very accommodating and even had a binder filled with local places of interest. The house was very clean and had a very comfortable weekend in Vermont!

Fantastic House

We really enjoyed our stay at Dan and Melissa's house! The large living room upstairs is very cozy and spacious, easily fit our party of 8, and there are also plenty of space in the playroom downstairs which has a huge TV. Kitchen is well equipped with spices, bowls/plates and utensils. We came in right before a storm and we received 15 inch of snow feed over night. Snow on road was cleared quickly the next morning. By the time we got home in the evening, the snow on the stair was also removed. Host Dan & Melissa provided us with a lot of tips and was extremely responsive. We would definitely come back again!
