Come to unwind, refresh, & enjoy a rustic, cozy, cottage Vermont experience on our 30 acre property.

OVERVIEW
This cabin is perched just high enough for pleasent views and mountain sunsets. The wrap-around deck lets you sit & soak it all in. The open concept first floor with plenty of windows and a cathedral cealing in the leaving room keeps it all light and airy. Enjoy the hot/warm seasons grilling in our fenced backyard/deck with a cool drink. Or, enjoy warm, snug winters with a first floor wood stove.

BEDROOMS
There are three bedrooms in the cabin. One is the Master bedroom downstairs with a queen bed, private bathroom and AC split unit. The second is a bedroom upstairs with two twin beds, a large cathedral frame window and a window AC unit. The third bedroom sits right across the second bedroom upstairs with two twin beds, a twin size trundle and a window AC unit. There is also a queen size fold-out mattress in the closet of the room upstairs to accommodate additional guests.

WIFI & TV
The cabin has Wifi & two smart TV's. One located in the living room and another one located in the Master bedroom. These TV's include Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, HBO, just to name a few.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is well equipped with major appliances & cooking tools. A spinning spice rack is available for your convenience. A set of cabin dishes and extras if you need them, untensils, pots & pans.

DECKS & YARD AREA
With accessibility from the kitchen & dining room through a door or sliding door there's an attached deck with an outdoor dining table and chairs. We have a propane grill on the deck as well. The fenced yard has a fire pit and seating as well as room for yard games.

LOCATION
The cabin is located at the "end-of-a-road" up a well maintained dirt road. It is a 20-25 minute drive to Whittingham & Wilmington where you'll find dining, shops & groceries. It is a 25-30 minute drive to Greenfield, MA where you'll find a BJ's & Big Y. These stores are convenient for your stay and a stop before arriving to the cabin is ideal. Fantastic Spacious Secluded Cabin in the Woods
The cabin has a well equipped kitchen, is lovingly maintained, with a nice fenced in grassy yard and hiking trails that connect straight to the property. It is very roomy and comfortably hosted 7 of us. Great view from the deck. Amazing view of the heavens with no light pollution at night.

Wonderful hostess!
Amanda was a wonderful hostess---lots of communication and attentive to the smallest details. The cabin itself was a nice place to spend some time in seclusion, which is what I was looking for. I'd recommend it to friends.

Perfect
We recently spent our 25th Wedding Anniversary at "Cabin". I put that in quotes because although it is a log cabin, it also has all of the modern comforts of home. If you want privacy and views, look no further. Our hosts could not have been more gracious, going so far as to send us a bottle of wine and a note toasting our anniversary. Furthermore, our 2 greyhounds loved the fenced in yard! Thank you Francisco and Amanda , we hope to stay again in the fall.
