Beautiful fully furnished condo with gorgeous pool on historic golf course

Recently renovated Laterra condo with all the bells and whistles is available for rent. Condo is looking at the pond and forest on top floor of building with elevators.
Master bedroom and bathroom and two bedrooms with Jack and Jill bathroom on the other side. Full kitchen equipped with all tools for cooking and eating. Washing machine and dryer in unit. Amenities include 3 pools, jacuzzi, tennis court and a brand new modern gym in walking distance.
King and Bear golf course is across the street, Slammer and Squire is 3 miles away.
Great schools, quiet community, Florida sunshine most days of the year.
Beach and downtown is 30 minutes away.

Loved the location. Really close to the courses. Surprised there weren’t more dining options, but that has nothing to do with the condo, which was in excellent shape with easy access. I give this 5 stars, but I have 2 suggestions. Replace the futon with an actual bed, and include a couple more towels. 10/10 would definitely stay here again

This property was extremely comfortable and beautifully appointed. We felt that we spent 11 days in luxury. Morning coffee on the veranda overlooking the lake was a great start to each day and ending each evening on the veranda with wine was even better. The pool and hot tub was the cherry on the cake.Our family likes to cook together. We found several items missing in the kitchen that would have been helpful. For example, things like scissors, pot holders, tongs, and maybe more cookware, nothing major.Our host was very easy to contact, extremely helpful in the check in process and very responsive to our needs and questions.Overall it was an excellent experience and we would hope to be able to reserve this property the next time we visit family and friends in Florida

The most beautiful view with the quietest location at the end of the middle building. Unit was fully renovated with new flooring, lighting and comfortable sofa set in living room. Lots of light, beautiful views of wildlife, feels like home.
