Two night stay with two adults and a dog. Overall pleasant experience, communication with host was prompt and house is stocked and equipped for a stay where you don't want to eat out every night. Beds are comfortable and clean as well as the bathrooms.

A fantastic stay! The house was exactly as pictured, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The host's check-in instructions were crystal clear, and their local restaurant recommendations and sights to see were a highlight of our trip. Incredible value for a stay in St Augustine. Host stocks the house with little touches to make your stay feel personal.

We had a great stay! The house was very clean and comfortable, which really made it easy to relax. The host stood out by responding to messages quickly and being very helpful. The neighborhood was quiet, though not the best looking. There are trains nearby, but they weren’t loud enough to disturb our sleep. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience!

Close to downtown- Clean property- coffee provided which was a plus- kitchen is stacked with everything you would need. The only downfall is the train tracks behind the house and the train’s horn in the middle of the night.

Place was supplied with a lotOf great amenities. Nice back enclosed back yard with. Nice chairs to sit outside and soak up some sun. A local rooster kept a crowing all day long. And even saw a pot belly pig walking down the road. Very nice beds and accommodations. Would recommend for a comfy stay close to all attractions. Parking is tight if traveling with more than. One car or boat We loved the Beachcomber Restaurant on A1A Thanks for hosting us

Host blatantly lied about location. A burnt car with a homeless person leaving in it was two houses down and directly across the street is a very old trailer that is dilapidated. Run from this Host.

Hi Ryan, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that the neighboring property impacted your experience. We understand how important it is for everything around your stay to feel comfortable and welcoming. That said, we do want to mention that out of 574 guest stays, yours has been the only one where the condition of a neighboring home affected the overall experience. While we unfortunately don’t have control over surrounding properties, we always want our guests to feel fully satisfied and at ease during their visit. We genuinely appreciate you choosing to stay with us and for sharing your thoughts. Feedback like yours helps us continue to improve wherever we can. If there’s ever anything we can do in the future to make your stay more enjoyable, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’d love the opportunity to host you again. Warm regards, Your Host

This was a great place to stay. We went to see the lights in St Augustine and have dinner at the Columbia for my SIL’s Bday. We were close to everything! The place is clean, bright and nicely decorated. I VRBO a lot and towels are always an issue, they had plenty of quality towels for all three of us. I highly recommend this VRBO when visiting St. Augustine. The owners are quick to respond and they have a quality place for you stay. I would like to add, there were three of us in our 60’s and 70’s and we appreciated the feminine touch and additional amenities. Thank you for adding to our celebration!

We couldn't have rented a better house. It was absolutely spotless. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. Nice appliances. The beds are unbelievably comfortable. Amenities are plentiful for every room. I needed to text Steve the host. He quickly answered me. You have to drive to downtown St Augustine. After being in with all the tourists and a lot of walking, we were happy to get back to the house where it was quiet. We definitely recommend this rental. I will warn you now that you will here the train in the evening sometime. We loved hearing it. Don't let it bother you, it only lasts a few seconds going by, half the time we didn't pay any attention to it. This is a wonderful rental and Steve the host has done a great job maintaining this.
