Unit 107- 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Condominium with Partial South Gulf Views. | This two bedroom two bathroom condo is located on the tenth floor of our Tower Building. The amazing gulf views from this unit allow you to enjoy our beautiful sunsets! Possibly sighting a manatee, or the dolphins playing in the surf. Because of its location, it is a short stroll to our white quartz beach and the azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This beautifully decorated condominium is perfect for a Siesta Key vacation. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, the guest bedroom has two queen size beds with both rooms having 32" flat screen TV's. The living room has a 55" flat screen TV with FiOS HD TV service. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower with a grab bar, and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The open plan kitchen has granite counter tops, appliances, and an abundance of cabinets. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker and Keurig coffee machine. The condo is completely tiled throughout. The comfortably furnished enclosed patio has sliding windows, which allows you to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

We LOVE the Palm Bay Club

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 6th time vacationing here and we always come back. Our unit this time could have use some improvement. One of the queen mattresses was terrible and pillows were awful. Would have liked scissors in the unit and some hooks on the walls to hang hats.

Wonderful stay!

The place was fantastic - couldnt beat the location and proximity to the beach. Place was clean and as described. Only issue I had was 2 emails to the host and 1 to the resort itself, went unanswered. If you have specific questions, you will need to call.

Fabulous vacation and location

Only 4 stars because the decor was a bit dated, NOTHING was provided re: spices, not even salt and pepper so we had to buy everything which hasn't been our past vacation experiences in other places. Fees quite high but clean, great location, and amenities ie pool, pickleball/tennis courts, gym. Thank you.
