Perfect beach getaway

Loved this property so much. We stayed in the towers so the locationon the beach and chairs provided were awesome! Dolphins swimming by at sunset were the highlight of our trip! It was a bit of a walk to the pool with hot tub but we loved it!!

It was winderful

The location of the apartment was spectacular, right in the beach. Each room is very spacious. Bathrooms are clean. The kitchen is fully stacked. My family was very happy.

Clean and great location

The suite was very spacious for our family of four. We traveled with our two kids, ages 4 and 1. It was also very clean. You have a great view from the living room. The location itself was great, just steps from the beach once you exited the lobby. It’s a short drive to the little downtown area where there’s a lot of restaurants to choose from. That area itself is very walkable. Check in and check out were easy as well. We would definitely like to visit there again!

Week vacation at the Tower at Palm Bay Club

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a week in the Tower at Palm Bay Club on the 5th floor north. The property was in a great location, views were nice from many windows, easy access to the beach. Siesta Village, many good restaurants and the public beach are a short ride away.The condo was clean, beds were comfortable and provided everything needed for a nice stay, however some of the furniture, appliances and kitchen utensils could definitely use an update! One of the bathroom fans did not work.Overall was a pleasant stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So very glad that we chose to stay in the tower & this condo. Viewing the beach & water all day from the condo was breathtaking. Walking right out to the private white sand beach was the absolute best. The public access points were beyond full of people. They bring beach chairs out to you super fast. We also enjoyed both pools & pickleball courts. The condo itself was better than even expected. We would chose this condo again in a heartbeat. The office personnel (especially Bree) are friendly & helpful.

Great Condo at a great property

The condo, in the beachfront tower on the Palm Bay Club property, is a great vacation rental. It was clean when we arrived. The kitchen is well stocked, the bedrooms are spacious, and having two full baths helps when getting ready to go out. Beds were comfortable and the furniture is relatively new and well kept. The property provides beach towels and chairs, and there was some beach gear in the unit as well. The location is prime, on the center of the main stretch of beach. Both pools are large and heated, and we liked that the bay side pool was open late. Office staff was courteous and quick to answer questions on phone calls. The beach staff also was great and coordinated with Tropical Beach Services (an outside company that rents umbrellas) to set up and take down chairs on the beach under our reserved umbrellas. We really couldn't have asked for more.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at the Palm Bay Club. The location is perfect and fit our requirements for closeness to beach and the Village. Also appreciate security working hard every day to keep beach access/amenities to people who pay to stay at Palm Bay Club. Our room was very nice, was accurately described on website. We did have to wipe down most high touch surfaces when we got there and was a bit disappointed in how much dirt was on the wipes. Also a lot of the outlets are very loose and don’t keep things plugged in very well. These things aren’t the end of the world and we still had a lovely stay.

Family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were 14 family members & we had rented 3 condos. The beach was beautiful & our only complaint (as I stated when I reviewed the other 2 condos) was that there was no public bathroom near the beach. Consequently it was necessary to return to your condo if you needed to use the restroom. Because the complex is not within walking distance of any restaurants or stores, we had to take shuttles each time we wanted to go out. The Frog Hop was great & convenient though. It was a different experience for us, as we have always stayed at locations where we could easily walk to restaurants.

There are no restaurants on Midnight Pass Rd. that most of the condos are located. Fortunately there is the trolley, Frog Hop, Johnny's and several free rides available at all times. Clean, construction, and communication

The beach was amazing. The security staff at Palm Beach Club were very pleasant. The condominium had construction starting no later than 8 am daily. This was not communicated and really took away from the enjoyment. This went on most of the day. There was only 1 working elevator. The other had been down since Feb. This was not communicated either. The sliding glass door was impossible to open. While there, someone showed up to spray for bugs and this was not communicated either. The workout room was great and very well kept.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second stay at Palm Bay but in a different unit. We came back because we like the property, the management team provides for all our needs and you can't beat the location. But we did not care for this particular unit. The pictures are a bit deceiving for this "partial ocean view". The view is from a side window where you have to crane your neck to see. And they don't really show you the view from the balcony which is of a giant ugly HVAC looking machine on the property next door. Also, on the last visit the kitchen had some nice basics like coffee filters, tin foil, paper towel, etc. This unit had not much outside of cookware, flatware and utensils.

Mixed feelings

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this location. It’s very close to the beach. The condo itself needs updated. The bathrooms are small and the furniture is not very good quality. The mattress was super comfortable though. We noticed no battery was in the smoke detector (it was wide open) and while I was taking a shower I noticed the light in the shower was wide open with no cover on it with wires exposed. I was extremely concerned about electricution. We contacted the front office and they had someone come to the condo within 15 minutes to fix. The pools are nice, but a good walk from the condo. It was a very clean unit and the grounds were clean and well groomed. Chairs and lounge chairs are available at the beach. You can rent umbrellas or cabanas too. I was surprised to have to pay to do my laundry. Community washer and dryer on the floor. For the cost of the condo, I would expect a washer/dryer in each unit. There was plenty of room for one in the unit. I did love the size of the unit. The lanai overlooks the parking lot and an air conditioning unit. We didn’t use that at all. Beautiful view of beach from the kitchen, but kitchen table is old and worn.

Mot too crowded and all of the staff is very friendly and helpful. The condo has a partial view of the gulf. It is vet spacious and has enough room to relax. It is close to many restaurants and grocery shopping. The kitchen makes it easy to store drinks and snacks and equipped with kitchenware for cooking. I would definitely be returning soon.
