About this property

Upstairs, downstairs townhouse; 2 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms (two shower one tub) Sleeps 6.

Purchased April 2021 and never rented before then, this unit is next door to another unit I own (313 VRBO #809819) and a few doors down from 302, (VRBO # 853790), making it a perfect location for large groups or multiple families. The unit has a full size washer and dryer, new everything as the unit was purchased unfurnished. The private white sand beaches are only about a 100 yard walk, no crossing streets.

Super clean I don’t use comforters, but instead duvets with duvet covers, just like in hotels so you can be certain your bedding is very very clean.

I provide a beach cart, beach toys, beach towels, cooler, umbrella and the beach chairs are already at the beach. Look no further, this is the right place for you and your family to have a phenomenal vacation. Only 2 miles from the village. The Trolley and free rides will make easy transport. You don’t need a car on the Key. Please bring your own toiletries. We do not provide shampoo or conditioner. We do provide hand soap in the bathrooms.

The property location was excellent. The condo was clean. I wish it had views of the beach and a more private outdoor space. Some cleaning supplies would have been helpful and we had some trouble with the outlets. Plugs would not always stay in the wall. The condo was decorated really cute, the beds and linens were clean and comfy

Overall the property was good. Good location and place was comfortable. Only issue was the beach where there was very little space on the beach for folks staying at the siesta beach house. One very small strip of beach where we were allowed to sit. That was disappointing and folks from the properties on either side were not very nice to us.

Siesta Key Paradise

The location cannot be beat and having chairs and an umbrella for the beach was wonderful. The Condo was clean and having a washer/dryer on site was a bonus. The shower in the Primary Bedroom is quite small but having three full bathrooms made up for this. The kitchen has salt and pepper and just a couple spices, but nothing else including foil/plastic wrap or cooking spray so be prepared. Would absolutely visit here again.

I have 3 grown sons, and semi-retired from the practice of law. I own my law firm in Sarasota since 2002. I manage my own properties, so you are getting one on one attention. Because I manage my own properties, I often visit the condos to insure everything is in order and I immediately fix anything the guests may notice is broken or breaks during their stay. It really is important to me that you enjoy your vacation and the place where you stay can make all the difference. So I strive to make that difference.

Why they chose this property

I also own 302 (VRBO #853790) and 313 (VRBO # 809819, exactly next door) and this unit and those are perfect for group or multiple family getaways because you can be in your own townhome (not big buildings with elevators and lobbies) and every one can be very close by and use the same private beach with the chairs already at the beach for your convenience. The private beach is only about a 100 yard walk to the gate. No crossing streets or having to drive.

What makes this property unique

So close to beach with out paying beach front prices, new, clean, comfortable. A day at the beach should truly be a day at the beach!
