A spectacular retreat in Sea Pines with an open floor plan showcasing gorgeous views, abundant natural light, and 2 master suites. Enjoy a tranquil and private island oasis while seabirds and deer traverse your serene marsh views. This is the finest of indoor and outdoor island life. The gourmet kitchen and dining area provide a gas cooktop, a large island with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and ample dining space. This opens to a family and living room with a towering 3-sided fireplace as its centerpiece.  Step out to the large deck, which overlooks the private pool, expansive backyard, and tidal marsh beyond for fresh sea air! This home is also equipped with an EV charger in the garage.
