This secluded Coastal Estate sits on almost 1 acre of property surrounded by the Del Monte Forest and backs to natural open space green belt. It has limited handicap access such as a ramp at the entrance and grab bars in the shower and toilet.This tranquil estate includes 5 bedrooms, 4. bathrooms, and 4,600 square feet of luxury living space. There is a separate unit on the property that is used occasionally by others on the property. Only a few blocks from the famous Spanish Bay Resort and only a few miles from the heart of downtown Pacific Grove. The kitchen has ample cabinet and drawer space which is fully stocked with dishes, flatware, glassware, kitchen linens, professional cookware and all necessary utensils. The home has furnishings providing for a memorable and relaxing atmosphere. There are no fires, weddings, receptions, or rehearsals allowed on the property. This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Many 5 star reviews on this property.

We had a great long weekend here. The house was perfect size for 4 adults and 4 kids. We enjoyed seeing deer out the window and being so close to 17 mile drive. Just about a mile away was a convenient shopping center with a grocery store, restaurants, and everything we needed. Host was easy to communicate with and we had no issues during our stay.

Very comfortable home for our extended family long weekend. We had a toddler with us, which worried us, but it worked out perfectly because there was plenty of room to spread out. We loved the kitchen and casual eating area - plenty of space, very comfortable, and doors we could close to keep the little one in sight. We saw deer every morning and throughout a few of the days. We enjoyed the back garden and a walk in the beautiful neighborhood each evening, and we had a wonderful, easy trip to the beach on two afternoons. Plus, we received very clear, accurate check-in instructions and considerate texts to make sure we were okay. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

The pictures made the house look newer than it feels in person. It is very spacious but the amenities did not meet our expectations.The host was very nice and attentive. Check-in was smooth and easy, as was checkout. And it was lovely to see deer in the backyard most days!

The house was well-appointed and spacious. The real benefit is the location- walking distance from the beach and Spanish Bay. It worked well for our family of five and three grandparents. We would definitely come back!

I hope that you enjoyed Pebble Beach - it's truly beautiful. The house is over 5000 square feet and it takes a relatively slow time for the hot water to reach some of the sinks-others are fast. We never advertised a hot tub, The shampoo is complimentary you should bring your own next time. I would appreciate an upgraded review. I would consider a discount next time. Thanks

The house was clean. Kitchen was large enough for our family- yay! It contained all the dishes and utensils we needed. The foosball table was a huge hit with the kids. The house felt private- no close neighbors. The host was in contact frequently via text. I am confident that any concerns would have been addressed promptly, but we had none. Family get together and fishing trip

Comfortable, roomy place to relax and enjoy being with family and close to tourist attractions. Paul, the host, checked in regularly and was available if needed and gifted sand dollar and shell treasures from the beach!
