Ground level updated 2 bed condo is minutes from downtown and approximately 3 miles to the Winter Park Resort on the free town shuttle. This unit offers 3 private decks, hardwood floors throughout, and an updated kitchen. The living room has a gas fireplace, DVD player, 50” flat screen HDTV, private deck with BBQ grill, mountain views. The dining table can seat up to 6. Both bedrooms are spacious and have access to private decks. New common area outdoor hot tub and free parking.
