I enjoy and appreciate different cultures. I am very respectful of others and their privacy, but am available to help if needed since I live on the premises. Guests will have total privacy since there are no shared areas.

Absolutely no smoking inside or outside including the backyard deck and the street in front of the house per City of Los Angeles Ordinance.
No parties, gatherings or events.
No additional overnight guests or different guests other than those approved on the reservation are allowed without prior approval.
Not safe or suitable for children (0-12) and pets - Narrow winding stairs.
Easy self check-in anytime after 3PM and check out by 11AM.
Use of any part of the property for social media posts or other commercial activities is strictly prohibited.
