Great property! Just like they advertised. Very comfortable for our large family. Only 15min from the airport and close to town and local colleges. Grocery store and fast food within walking distance. We would definitely use them again.

Great host!

The place was well kept and clean, close to town and the owner responded quickly. I would definitely book with them again. The price was great for a couple families to share.

Jeff was a wonderful host and quick with his responses. I loved the house for the most part, my issues had nothing to do with the owner but with the design of the house. The stairs are a little steep for my liking but then again my husband calls me tumblelina because I can fall going upstairs. Jeff had plenty of towels, laundry soap and toilet paper even though I always bring our own just in case but glad I didn't need them. Ok to be honest I think the only thing that needed improvement is maybe a bigger frying pan. But that is only because making scrambled eggs for about 15 guys (not all stayed with us but that's how many I was feeding), I needed something bigger than what was at the house (I was fine because again, I brought my own electric skillet). OMG I almost forgot, when you are laying on the bed on the main floor, if you happen to look up at the vent in the ceiling, do not freak out if you see something moving. I thought one of the guys was upstairs rocking in a rocking chair you know swaying motion. However, the guys were not at the house with me at that time. Turns out the AC kicked in which blew the curtains. We will stay here the next time we are back in Spokane if it is available.

The house was clean and well appointed. The neighborhood was very close to everything, walking distance to restaurants, coffee, shop, and grocery. I would suggest having more outdoor furniture because the size of the house would indicate more people might be staying there, and there were only a few Outdoor chairs to sit in. An outdoor eating area with a picnic table would also be a nice addition for summertime.

Cozy and hassle free

Easy going mgmt. House was very cozy and well set up. Basement rooms are very spacious. House comes with a toddler high chair, a crib, spacious bathrooms. Neighbors were very welcoming as well. Will definitely rent this property in the near future

Satisfactory

This was our first time renting a vrbo and this property was perfect for our family and my sister in law and son. The managers are pretty amazing and great communication and very fair people. It was close to safeway and a gas station on a quiet street. I can't wait to go back soon.

As advertised. For us, its just a place to shower and sleep. Beds were comfortable and good water pressure for the showers. Convenience store within a block. A/C worked. All in all, good.

Large place though challenging with our large group

We enjoyed the stay overall. It’s a large home with plenty of room and beds and things were very clean. The downside is that while it sleeps a lot of people, it did not well accommodate a large group. There are only 6 dining chairs, 4 coffee mugs and minimal seating for watching tv. The check in and out procedure was very easy. It worked well for our group arriving from all parts of the country for a few days.

Wedding stay

Overall, a great stay at this home. Our only frustration was the lack of body towels. The house sleeps 10+ but there were only 6 towels so it made it a bit difficult to get everyone showered. Hot water works really well, would warn families with little ones.

summer hot !

Property is great, manager excellent communication , so polite, he was always fast responding and even let us to checking early that normal hrs. the space was big enough for our family get away . love that the day have different spaces to get relax if you want to be in separate rooms , kitchen is not updated king of trick at fist to use the stove , but nothing major , love plus coffee are and condiment as courtesy , but definelly need some changes on pot and pans, back yard need work and not enough siting for larger groups need a out door set . it have a heater and cooling we stay in summer time unfortune the temperature was way to hot on top floor and too cold in downstairs each room have ceiling fans and floor but some of them do not work or need to repair, kind of the scary to fall of the ceilings , in summer time is too hot to sleep in top floor. comfortable beds, extra stuff if you have baby, laundry with every you need, enough towels , everything else is great in general I will give a 4 star review. probably in winter will be better stay in future.

Thank you for your review Miriam - your stay was definitely during an extreme hot spell and unfortunately in these older homes the basements stay cool and hard to keep the 2nd story cold during the day time. We did add a portable ac unit during the next hot spell to make it cooler during day time hours. Hope to host you all again.

Big home on a budget

Big home with lots of rooms in basement and upstairs. Lots of space but needs some amenities like sugar, creamer and some comfort items like art work, dressers In main rooms. like table cover for main table, place mats etc. overall good quality for the price. Two tvs with great shows.

Cute house, great location

This is an older house that is clean with a lot of space. The beds are really comfortable. The neighborhood is nice and conveniently located to a grocery store, restaurants and parks. It’s also within easy walking distance of a coffee stand that is yummy! Rebekah responds very quickly! Definitely a repeat!!

Volleyball tournament weekend

We had a fantastic time staying here. Property was clean and very comfortable with a few quirky parts that made it feel more comfortable than what I was expecting. One of my favorite quirks was the kitchen stove. Not really sure why I geek out on old appliances but you don’t see many kitchen stoves from November 1955 still working and yes I actually did research to find out when it was made. Anyways, super comfortable home to come back to after a long day at a volleyball tournament. I will certainly recommend this property to friends and family that may need a place to stay in Spokane.

Comfortable family friendly home

This home was all we hoped for cosy yet large enough for our families to gather with other members living in the area. It is pet friendly with a large fenced in back yard and close to parks where we walked our three border collies and two young children. This was a white Christmas we will treasure all ways. Our host was though of everything even providing a Christmas tree for the house.

Nice house for family with pets

This old house is clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our short stay with our two cats, 3 grandparents, 2 young adults and a pair of 7 year old girls. The only caveat is the upstairs stairway is a hazard as you can walk off the floor into the air above the third step down. We didn't have an accident, but this is something that can and should be addressed.
