The entire home and yard is available. Parking is available in the driveway and first come first serve along the street.

Nice neighborhood with many older neighbors
Getting Around:
Very close to bus routes and downtown. 46 minute drive to Silverwood, 9 minutes to downtown Spokane, and 15 minutes to Spokane International Airport.
Other Things to Note:
The fireplace in the living room is prohibited from being used.
-Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook and serve food.
-High Speed WiFi
-Basement bedrooms have none egressed windows.
