Escape to the rolling sand dunes of coastal Alabama. Outfitted in neutral tones, so the views really pop, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom has enough room to sleep 8 guests. Located on the 10th floor of Phoenix VII, there are also incredible views of the back bays and the island, located along the North side of the unit.
o The formal dining table seats 4 guests, and there are also 4 bar stools along the kitchen island.
o You can sit on your private condo balconies and enjoy the view with a cup of tea.
o The linen closet features a full-sized, high-efficiency washer and dryer, so you can keep your beach towels fresh, and head home with a suitcase full of clean clothes!
o There are multiple flat-screen televisions in the unit, and each bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combo.

Great location, Comfortable beds
This building has a excellent location, good beach amenities and personal that are very friendly. The unit is self is as the pictures show, the living room furniture needs to be replaced as it is very uncomfortable to sit on. If you need to serve a large crowd out of this kitchen you will have the plates and flatware, but make sure you stop at the grocery store before planning on cooking ANYTHING. This kitchen comes with 1 roll of paper towels, no salt and pepper, or any basic pantry items.
