We always book a trip to Phoenix X the week after The Fourth of July. This year we had six other families there too! It was an awesome vacation!

great location- but run down condo fairly clean.

hey this was a great location but didn't realize that the couch would be completely torn up. Mold around grout around tub. water damage all around trimming in restroom and around entire condo. Just kind of dirty everywhere and hair was left in a few places. We were very pleased with location but for the price, i would at least think they place would be sort of updated or cleaner. I would consider that trash and my wife and I are both school teachers. we don't live in a giant house but our home is way more well kept that that dirty place. wish we could get a discount from the owning property for our next stay. disappointed. we made the best of the trip.
