The house is new, comfortable, bright and spacious.
It has a large open kitchen next to the dining room and lounge. It has four bedrooms: three bedrooms with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds (cot available). Upstairs, a large bathroom for three bedrooms and a study hall. On the ground floor a large bed room with attached bathroom, a large living room and a pantry.

Outside, the view is unobstructed over the countryside with a pool, a garden, a terrace with a pergola, a shed to park cars and a private pool 9mx4m secure a tarp bar, a 60m² terrace pool house.
To ensure the maintenance of the pool, green spaces and to better serve you, we intervene during your stay to make it as pleasant as possible, while preserving your tranquility.

The privileged position makes it the ideal starting point to discover the valley of the Dordogne, the historic sites of the lot:
spectacular -châteaux: Castelnaud, Beynac, Hautefort ....
picturesque -Villages: Domme, Carennac Creysse, Rocamadour, Lacave, La Roque Gageac, Sarlat, Collonges Red, Turenne ....
