Lake Dardanelle Getaway with Private Dock

Enjoy peaceful woods and a view of Lake Dardanelle from the dining room and back deck. This home is great for a family gathering and is 10 minutes from awesome Lake Dardanelle State Park. The property is quiet and nicely situated on 5 private acres in the woods and a generous distance from neighbors. Amenities include private dock, back deck with table and plenty of comfy chairs, and fireplace ring. The four bedrooms are lovingly decorated to be relaxed and welcoming. The large living room has wood floors, comfy couches and 49 inch television.

For parties over 10 there is an additional $20/person/night fee. The house has 3 queen beds, 3 double beds, two couches and two loveseats. The kitchen has china and silverware for 18 or more along with pots, pans and bakeware. The dining room table seats 6-8 and the roomy center island seats another 6-9. Children love the large kids' room which includes three full size beds, couch, loveseat and television. The Master bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in shower and also a luxurious soaking tub with whirlpool jets. The other two bedrooms have comfy queen beds.

Family trip

We had two bday and an anniversary and we had the best time. Plenty of room for us all to spread out and plenty of room outside for the kids to play. We loved sitting outside around the fire roasting marshmallows and playing games. The house was absolutely beautiful and we will be back thank you so much for having us!!!

Secluded Sanctuary

Great for families!

We were so pleased with our stay! Plenty of room and so many of the basics provided. TONS of outdoor space that my boys loved exploring. We spent many hours fishing off the dock. We loved it! If we're ever back this way we will not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks for the hospitality!

Amazing Property & Relaxing Stay!

I rented this property for my sisters, niece and great niece (22 months) to visit with my elderly mother who lives in Russellville. This was beyond our expectations. It is such a beautiful, spacious, private, relaxing place to enjoy a family reunion. My mother was able to get around easily with her walker when she came to visit. My young great niece was delighted with all the toys and space to play. The bedrooms were so big. The kitchen was amazing and such a great place to gather. All the essential items were stocked in the home. You can tell that the hosts have put great thought and planning into everything to make their guests feel welcome. The views of the lake are gorgeous. The boat dock was an added bonus as we went fishing with my mother and she absolutely loved it. I would definitely rent this property again, in fact, I would purchase it if it were for sale!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the home. It is well equipped with everything you would need to make snacks or cook a meal. We very much enjoyed the evening with the fire pit, the weather was lovely and the home extremely welcoming and well equipped with anything you might need. We would rate staying at this lively home a 10 out of 10.

Spacious and relaxing

We had a large group that evacuated for hurricane Ida from Louisiana. The house was able to accommodate us on such a short notice and we were very comfort. The owner was very gracious and allowed us to bring our dogs!!

Fantastic Lake Place!

This place is perfect. Truly nestled at the end of a road. Quiet. Peaceful. We watched deer roam out back. We all fished on the boat dock…. Then climbed in our boat, fished the cove and off to open water - perfect. Everything we could want was just minutes away. We had a question for the owners and the response was immediate…. It couldn’t be any better. Big thanks to Jill and Gary - our entire week was amazing - and it all started at this amazing lake home.

Pictures do no justice.

Me, my 2 brothers and 9 of our friends stayed here and it was a BLAST! The pictures don't do it justice, there's so much space that we never once felt on top of one another. The living room was cozy and spacious, the master bedroom was big enough for my brother to put an air mattress on the floor and be comfortable. The master bath was GREAT. The other 2 bedrooms were big and on separate sides of the house. The "kids room" held another 7 grown men comfortably as well. The deck that led down to the fire pit area was where we spent the nights and we kayaks at the personal dock which hosted great scenery. It was secluded and quiet and we're able to party without disturbing other people. Town was 10 mins away as well as the beach. The was easy reach and responsive. This is somewhere I'm going to comeback to once a year.

Great house for a big family

We had family from different states meet in the middle and stay at this house. There were 13 of us and we all fit without being on top of each other. The pictures on the site don't do the house justice. It was bigger than I expected. The property is beautiful with a big front lawn and nice spacious patio out back. You can see the lake through the trees out most windows. Lots of seating in the kitchen. They even had toys in the children's room. It's a great house for multiple people of all ages. I would definitely stay here again.
