MAIN FLOOR
The open-plan living areas include a large kitchen, dining area and impressive living room perfect to accommodate everyone in your party.

The fully-equipped kitchen is both cozy and comfortable, with plenty of space to work and create your favorite meals or cook together with your loved ones. The adjacent dining area provides ample space for everyone to sit and enjoy family time around the table, perfect for meals or board games!

The cathedral ceilings in the living room create an incredible sense of space and openness, while the large stone fireplace serves as a focal point for the room. The chic furniture and elegant décor make this room the perfect place for cozy conversations, family game nights, or movie nights.

The primary suite is a large and bright room with peaked ceilings and a private patio access that allows you to enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountain forest. Located in the heart of the Tahoe Donner neighborhood, guests can easily access the Tahoe Donner Ski Resort, Tahoe Donner Golf Course and have access to the Tahoe Donner Association’s clubhouse, which features two swimming pools, three hot tubs, two saunas, tennis courts, a cardio room, and a weight room. There are nearby hiking and biking trails and guests also get access to the private beach at the east end of Donner Lake!

Both Donner Lake and Lake Tahoe are nearby, where you can go swimming, paddleboarding, and kayaking, hiking, biking and more! Truckee is also known for its charming historic downtown area that features several boutiques, cafes, and restaurants. - Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November-May.


Each eligible property is issued 6 guest cards to access the recreation amenities available in Tahoe Donner Association.  Guests that fail to leave all 6 guest cards in the home after checkout will be subject to a $100 fine per missing card. Children under the age of 3 are free.  

Full Terms & Conditions supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation/Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed, must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation.
