About this property

For the first time we are offering our beautiful Moon Valley / Paradise Valley area home on over an acre short term to our guests. It has a fully block fenced yard, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with an open floor plan and approximately 2300 square feet only a couple blocks to all the hiking/riding trails of the North Mountain Preserve and very close to great shopping and restaurants.

This home has beautiful mountain views with two sets of French doors leading out onto a large covered patio and a stunning resort style pool featuring waterfalls, a Grotto Cave and spill over spa. Back yard also has a gas BBQ, fire pit, and gazebo for your outdoor enjoyment.

Fully equipped gourmet kitchen featuring commercial built-in Viking appliances, Coffee/Wine bar, granite counter tops, hand scraped hardwood floors and cherry wood cabinets. All this located within only 20-25 minutes of downtown Phoenix and the airport, 30 minutes to Tempe or Glendale,15-20 minutes to North Scottsdale, TPC, and Barrett Jackson etc.

Home is fully equipped and includes free WiFi.

As a guest all you will need to bring are your clothes and personal belongings to enjoy your stay. It is truly an entertainer’s dream home and a rare hard to find centrally located property that is close to town and to all the winter/spring events the Valley of the Sun has to offer.

Huge Master suite includes a king size bed and an elliptical for your away from home workout and a flat screen television with DVD player. The master bath has separate dual vanities with sinks, large shower w/ two shower heads, a separate Jacuzzi Garden Tub, walk in closet and separate toilet (water closet) area. The master suite also has a private entrance that leads to the rear patio and access to the pool and jacuzzi area.

The second, third and fourth bedrooms all have Queen size beds, and there is an additional queen size Aero blow up bed to accommodate additional guests.

Guest Bath has chiseled Travertine stone floors, two separate sinks and a separate toilet/shower area.

Large Laundry Room has built in cherry wood cabinets with a washer/dryer and an iron and ironing board.

Formal Living Room and Huge Family Room with hand scraped hardwood floors, a stone wood burning fireplace, large flat screen television with DirecTV including the premium channels and Free NFL Sunday Ticket.

Huge front patio with large cedar posts and beams.

Central A/C and heat, large 50 gallon water heater, and an RO drinking water system.

Free covered parking for 3 vehicles and lots of additional space for secure RV/Boat parking or parking your business vehicles.

This property is zoned for horses, although there are currently no horses in the neighborhood and there has not been for some time there is corral fencing available at the rear of the property that could possibly be utilized with advance agreement, please contact the owner for details.

Get away week

We rented the house for a week for spring training and nascar and had an outstanding time! John was an outstanding communicator. You can walk to nearby hiking that is awesome! Great location nearby a mall and plentiful amount of restaurants. Took us a while to read the pretty large packet of house rules. The pool and hot tub are not heated. If you choose to heat them it could cost you. The only frustrating thing about our stay here is that I wish we could've atleast used the hot tub in the evenings without having to worry about how many gallons an hour of fuel it would cost us. We didnt heat either because there is no way for you to know the consumption they take. Would be nice if the owner would simply just cover the cost of heating the hot tub during the stay. Or provide patrons with some way to gauge what they are using. That aside the house is beautiful, with plenty of room, many things to do nearby.

Beautiful View.

The Positives: Enjoyed early morning hikes with sunrise breakfast on the nearby "Mountain". Lovely home, great layout, with an excellent kitchen. Enjoyed the wine! Beautiful view from covered back porch, and enjoyed the peaceful "sounds" from backyard waterfalls. The Negatives: 1) Cost to heat the pool and spa for usage was much higher than property manager communicated when I inquired on the property. Don’t plan on heating the pool and using in the cooler months, with the “gas allowance”. The gas allowance does not even cover lightly using the SPA. There was no reliable way for us to monitor our gas usage for heating the SPA, and ending up paying extra. Good thing we only used it for a few hours 3 of our 5 nights! 2) Some things we expected to work or be there, but didn’t work or were not there. For instance no speakers for the stereo, due to not being replaced after “walking” from previous clients (per property owner). The button to turn the SPA jets on didn't work, so it was a lovely large outdoor warm tub. Still rating this location a 4 star, even with these items, as the home was nice and very clean, and the views were great!

An oasis in the desert !

The house was very spacious well detailed with an amazing oasis style layout with an perfect view of lookout mountain. The Owner is a great communicator and helpful with very fast response times.

Great Family Getaway!

I’m so happy I picked this home! It was the perfect home for my family....so roomy and comfortable. The pool was awesome....that’s where we spent the majority of our time (well a tie between the pool and Dutch Bros) LoL. There are very nice upgrades in the home.....kitchen appliances (wanted to bring the fridge home with me) and the master shower (so nice!). I wanted a relaxing, heat soaking weekend and that’s what I got. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us!

Our spring vacation

Wow!!! We were just blown away with the whole experience. I can’t say enough about this property and the owner. We were so at home and it’s set up very well. Love the house and especially the master bath. The pool area was the special treat for us though. Spa was perfect, no heating necessary and the same for the pool. The grotto, water falls , it was absolutely terrific!! Very quite and private. And the owners, they were so on top of everything. I’m not too tech savvy so I had to call on them often and he was always on top and very quick with the information I needed. Thank you John for helping make our once a year vacation the best one yet!! We will definitely be coming back again. Thank you for a wonderful time!! I recommend this to anyone wanting to have a time of your life.
