This house accommodated our entire family very well. Plenty of sleeping, and bathrooms for everyone to be comfortable. The large dining table made it very easy to enjoy family dinners. Our grandchildren, thought the pool, foosball, and kayaking on the canal were added bonuses! A beautiful home in a beautiful location!!!!!

As seasoned VRBO renters we have found Susan and Dale‘s property to be one of the best. Communication with the host was easy and we always received responses quickly. The house is extremely clean and well appointed and it, along with their property is beautiful. It’s a home run if you are traveling with young children, as everything we needed was already in the house. The community of Palmetto dunes was also lovely as it provided quieter biking and walking trails which we used daily. It was also a short bike ride to the Shelter Cove shops and boardwalk. We have also stayed at four other locations on HHI and this was by far our favorite. Loved spending time with the family in the pool and hot tub too. Overall a great experience and we highly recommend it. Thanks Susan and Dale for helping us create wonderful memories.

Ideal house for a family vacation! Easy walking distance to the beach, lagoon access (with kayaks and canoe provides), great pool/hot tub/backyard, amply sized bedrooms (4), each with their own bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances. We’ve rented on Hilton Head the past three years, and this house was my family’s favorite!

Dale and Susan were fantastic hosts, who were very helpful with questions and check in. We had a family of 4, the house had a wonderful open layout, with plenty of room, great kitchen, great privacy and super hot tub and pool. We had a great time, only a few minute walk to beach. We will certainly be back.

Great stay and location within a short walk to the beach and Palmetto Dunes resort activities. This home is immaculate and has all your needs covered with great kitchen and bedrooms. So many amenities with great pool/hot tub, bicycles, and kayaks. Lots of games for all ages and toys for the little ones. Susan and Dale have thought of everything and are very responsive.

The house is lovely and was perfect for our trip with family friends! The kitchen is very well-stocked. Nice little walk to the beach-not too far. We loved renting bikes and riding to the General Store for donuts in the morning. We highly recommend this house!!!

Amazing home! The well stocked kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs-toys and wagon, bikes, kids indoor toys, pack-n-plays, pool, kayaks for several great lagoon rides…all this and minutes walk to beautiful beach…can’t say enough!!! We were flying in from CT so not having to go out and buy a bunch of stuff other than food made the experience that much better. Highly recommend!!!

Best place we’ve stayed on HHI

We’ve been going to Hilton Head for 9 years and this was the best stay we’ve had. The house was amazing and all the amenities were an awesome bonus. We didn’t have to want for a thing while we were there. Susan and Dale were great communicators and made the whole process incredibly easy. Will stay there again off the dates line up.

July getaway

We had a wonderful stay with family. The location is great with easy access to the beach, biking trails, and lagoon for kayaking. The house is beautifully decorated and stocked with everything one could need including a Peloton, Foosball table and multiple family games and books. The owners are very accommodating and responsive.

Wonderful stay!

Beautifully decorated and immaculate home with all the amenities one could ask for! Neighborhood was serene for walks or bike rides, coffee on the bench down by the lagoon was peaceful. Kids could not have enjoyed the pool more, and the easy stroll to the beach was ideal (even for the toddlers). Layout of the bedrooms (with fabulous showers) provided ample privacy, and common areas of the home provided plenty of space to gather comfortably.

A dream

I can’t imagine a more perfect vacation home. It is somehow very upscale and still perfectly kid friendly. Every detail is thought of and provided for. I’ve never been so comfortable away from home.

Our stay was amazing. This house has everything (I think there is literally every gadget that you could think of in the kitchen). There were multi-head showers in every bathroom which was lovely and unexpected. It was clean, updated and spacious. The hosts were very responsive and addressed a minor issue extremely quickly.

This was by far the best Host’s and place we have stayed on HHI. Fully stocked as shared. Kitchen, recreational items and the beds were so comfortable! Close walk to the beach with everything you need. Chairs, umbrellas, towels, boogie boards, bikes! Hot tub and pools clean and a lagoon view with a deck for morning coffee and relaxation. PERFECT! Check in and out easy peasy! Thank you for everything!

Such a beautiful home!

This house is perfect! Our second visit to HHI & we didn’t want to leave. This house is very welcoming and had absolutely EVERYTHING you’d need. Susan & Dale are such awesome host. Amazing Property!

This house was wonderful, and was much bigger and brighter in person!! Dale and Susan have thought of everything with this home. Having all of the wonderful resources made our trip that much more enjoyable. The layout of the house is open and spacious, and outdoors is just as great! This house was perfect, and I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for such a great experience!

Top notch rental

Beautiful house in a great location. Kitchen well stocked with utensils along with spices. Many games and toys available. Enjoyed the foosball table, peloton and kayaks. Several beach chairs and beach toys in the garage along with a few adult bikes. Couldn't ask for much more from a beach rental.
