Excellent getaway for a family of four

The weather was not quite what we hoped for (a bit colder), but that was just fine with this house. Plenty of space to spread out for a little bit of quiet when needed, but lots of areas to gather together as well. Being just across the street from the beach and public access spot was great with two smaller kids, so frequent short trips to the beach were much easier.

I believe a vacation is what you make of it! Our house and location were fabulous. We stayed in Nags Head which was centrally located. We found a variety of activities , something for everyone to enjoy!

Wonderful Week with Friends

The property was amazing. Everything was as listed. It was well stocked and very close to the beach access. The pool was wonderful and we used it every day too. My only complaint was that I sent several messages to the property owner long before arrival and never got one response. Other than that we had a fantastic time.

Great location

The house sits right across the road from beach access. It was literally a 3 minute walk to the beach, which is nice for small kids. The outside pool had a gate with a lock and the hot tub was a nice addition as well. There were some chairs and beach toys on the property to take along. Having a 2 year old, we were very pleased to have a high chair available at the house along with a pack n play. Great experience. Will use again in the future.

Beautiful property!

My husband and I had a reservation for Topsail, NC that was cancelled last minute due to hurricane Florence. I reached out to Annie to see if she could accommendate us on such short notice (under 2 weeks) and she responded immediately. She processed everything right away and the whole process went smoother than most reservations I have made months in advance. What she didn’t know is that my brother in law, who had a heart attack several months ago was joining us. He and his wife had to cancel their vacation because he had the heart attack a few days before their scheduled vacation. We invited them to join us on our Topsail vacation and then that fell through. He was so disappointed but Annie came through with a plan B for us. We had such a great time! The house is beautiful and spotless clean. Its so big we were getting lost the first several days. The house has everything and anything you could want in a rental property. It has multiple decks (top floor with ocean view and screened in porch), hot tub, amazing private pool and game room. And its location is perfect! We cant wait to return again next year with our kids. I highly recommended this rental. My husband and I travel often and this is definitely one of our favorite rentals! Thanks again Annie for saving our vacation!

Even though we had rain, we enjoyed this large pretty home. It was easy to walk to the beach, and the pool was loads of fun too. Lots of chairs around the pool and really cool beach pieces decorating the pool deck. We had small children with us, and they were quite happy with their rooms. The older kids loved the downstairs rec room and pool table. The kitchen was well equipped and the dinning table was large enough for all to enjoy meals together. Lots of decks topped off the enjoyment of this house. We would stay again.

The house had everything. There was plenty of room and house was very clean. There was even a DVD and VHS player. We cooked several meals at the house and didn't have to bring much besides spices. The beach was a short walk across the street. Pool and hot tub were a great added benefit because the beach was a little cold. We had a great time very relaxing place to visit. Restaurants in walking distance. It rained several days on our trip and shopping, aquarium and museums were also a short drive away.
