Sunny Daze...at the heart of Panama City Beach!! All you need is your swim suit and sun screen!! Our home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with garage in a gated community. Walking distance to beach(4/10 mile), shopping, movie theaters, restaurants and Shipwreck Island Water Park! We provide a fully furnished home including beach chairs and beach toys! Our home is spacious and nicely decorated. We have a covered front porch and rear patio sitting areas for relaxing after a great day at the beach. The gated community also has 2 pools and playground. Minimum rental age is 25.

Sunny Daze was a perfect place to stay for our short PCB trip. It’s conveniently located close to everything yet not right in the middle of Front Beach traffic. It’s in a quiet family friendly subdivision. The house was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy a night in. It was clean and well equipped. Loved the huge Master Suite. The open floor plan was great for family time!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Sunny Daze. We would consider staying there again. The location was close to everything, and the community was safe and family-friendly. The only things we would have liked but not a true necessity were an air fryer and a better iron. We hope to visit again soon :)

Perfect Spot

This was the perfect place for our family of 7. We were visting for a youth baseball tounament (we didn't do well) and we were close to the complex, close to public beach access, close to everything! Definitely recommend this place to anyone, great location and a great price! Easy check in and check out and we were able to check in early! We hope to visit again soon!
