Llanca is a quiet fishing village between the French border and Cadaques. Surrounded by the natural park of Cap de Creus, beautiful place for scuba diving with beautiful beaches and many coves. Ideal for visiting all these surroundings, Figueres (Dali Museum), Cadaques, the monastery of San Pere de Rodes, Roses, etc ...
The apartment is located in the quiet of Fané de Dalt 500 meters from the beach and 1,5 km from the center, consisting of lounge dining room, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom and toilet. All with air conditioning and stunning views of the sea and the mountains. There is a parking place reserved in front of the building and a private pool overlooking the sea.
Facilities: fridge / freezer, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, grill, washing machine.
A package of 25 € for electricity is included in the price corresponding to normal use of the heating / air conditioning. Linen is not provided.

Nice apartment with good sea view

Nice apartment in which we had a lovely stay. However, there are some remarks to make: the apartment was not very clean (we found some hairs of other people). The airconditioning is good but please keep in mind that only one bedroom as airconditioning and the other bedroom has a fan on the ceiling. The pool is a big plus for the apartment as well. It is a pity that the pool beds are locked and therefor cannot be used. Please keep also in mind, as also indicated by the owner, that you need to bring your own bed linnen and your own towels. There is no wifi in the apartment. Although these remarks: we had a good stay and enjoyed Llança.

Ce locataire aurait du bien lire l 'annonce quand il a réservé l'appartement car je n'ai jamais indiqué sur l'annonce qu'il y avait une wifi et j'ai toujours répondu à ce Monsieur plusieurs fois qu' on ne fournissait pas le linge de maison et je suis content de savoir malgré ces remarques qu'il a passé de bonnes vacances.

Une expérience au top des notre arrivée à la fin Llanca une découverte pas loin de la France ,un endroit calme Résidence avec piscine en plus la mer a 2 pas à pieds Propariétaire disponible,apparemment bien équipé et surtout vu sur la mer Que dire à part une adress à retenir pour les prochaines vacances 🥰

Parfaite situation !

Nous avons séjourné dans ce bel appartement avec piscine "communautaire" . L'equipement est parfait (des chaises longues fauteuils de plage et parasol à disposition et même une planche et fer à repasser!) , l'appartement est propre et décoré avec goût et la situation parfaite pour découvrir le charmant village de llanca (cœur de ville et plages accessibles même à pied). La vie est superbe et le quartier très calme. La climatisation est un vrai plus ... appréciable étant donné les températures sur la costa brava. Terrasse très agréable et voisinage très avenant ! M. Lamy a été très prévenant en nous appelant avant notre départ pour s'assurer que notre séjour s'était bien passé. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette location parfaite pour des vacances en famille.

Partis à 4 adultes, nous avons adoré nos vacances à LLança !!! Le propriétaire est sympathique et disponible, l'accueil chaleureux, l'appartement conforme à la description et parfaitement agencé, avec une belle vue sur mer du balcon et de la chambre. L'endroit est très joli, avec un sentier côtier aménagé pour les promenades, de jolies plages et criques pour les baignades, une ville et des restaurants à découvrir : nous n'avons pas été déçus !!! Le plus : le terrain de boules ombragé en ville ! Rien à dire, nous conseillons vivement et reviendrons les yeux fermés.

Appartement très soigné à quelques escaliers de la plage, avec piscine spacieuse et calme

Zeer net appartement enkele trappen van het strand, met ruim en rustig zwembad. Recent gerenoveerd met onder andere nieuwe bedden, airco en keukenapparatuur. Foto's website conform realiteit. In de living slaapbank en uitklapbaar 1 persoonsbed, laatste gezien zachte vering alleen geschikt voor kind. Terras met zicht op zee en verkoelende avondbries. Ruim genoeg voor familie met 3 kinderen , voor 6 volwassenen waarschijnlijk wat krap. Franse eigenaar goed bereikbaar, met duidelijke afspraken en correcte afhandeling. Honneurs ter plaatse worden waargenomen door dame uit de straat. Kortom, prima vakantie gehad op prima locatie. Voor de MTB - ers : pittige routes met matige bewegwijzering. Goede fietsenmaker in centrum. Appartement très soigné à quelques escaliers de la plage, avec piscine spacieuse et calme. Récemment rénové, y compris de nouveaux lits, la climatisation et cuisine. Photos site conforme à la réalité. Dans le salon un canapé- lit double et un canapé-lit simple, vu la suspension douce la dernière ne convient que pour les enfants. Terrasse avec vue sur la mer et les brises fraîches du soir. Assez spacieux pour famille avec 3 enfants, 6 adultes probablement un peu à l'étroit. Propriétaire français facilement accessible, avec des accords clairs et une manipulation correcte. Les honneurs locales sont perçus par une voisine. Dans l'ensemble, passé de super vacances dans un endroit idéal. Pour le VTT : routes épicées avec une signalisation modérée. Bon réparateur de vélo dans le centre.
