the apartment is ideally located 200m from the beach 'la Farella' and 600m from the port of Llançà. The shops are also nearby.

We go Llança long. Personally I found Llança with my parents in 1975! This small village is still a family holiday destination away from mass tourism. We especially appreciate the unspoiled nature with its many opportunities for family trips in a region that has kept its original appearance at the foot of the Pyrenees. Llança is a popular destination for lovers to discover exceptions. Some landscapes are reminiscent of Corsica.
Why they chose this property
All back in 1975 when my parents discovered the region. Fifteen years later, the vagaries of life have been selling. We wanted to give our daughter a heritage but also a place of exceptional holiday. In 2010, we found this apartment ideally located. A few months later, we began a major renovation to provide all the modern comforts that one can expect from a holiday apartment. Anecdote: it is the same architect as the apartment of my parents who signed the plans ....
What makes this property unique
We wanted to create a space here for well-being. Far from the stereotypical clichés, this apartment is simply furnished, relatively neutral (thank you IKEA) so as not to offend. Exceptional views and location convinced us. Here you will enjoy a location 'at home'. Nothing is missing at the equipment. It is this level of quality of life that we enjoy and we want to share with you so that your vacation remains a unique moment to share.
