Villa Myosotis, completely renovated, offers ideal conditions for a stay in Dinard. The charm of a beautiful house Dinard, bright, tastefully furnished and fully equipped will seduce you.
ideal location: very close to the center of Dinard (shops, markets, casino, art galleries ...) and beaches in walking distance.
Ground floor: entrance, well equipped kitchen, large lounge and living room, opening onto a large south and west facing terrace with direct access to the garden; bathroom.
On the 1st floor, master bedroom (160 bed) with dressing and shower room, 1 bedroom with single bed and 1 bedroom with 160 bed and separate shower room; a bathroom.
On the second floor, 4 bedrooms (2 with 160 beds, 2 with single bed) toilet and shower room.
All rooms have balconies or large windows and are very bright with beautiful views.
Basement: laundry (washing machine, dryer), separate entrance beach back with shower.
Garage (very appreciable in school period)
Enclosed garden with trees, enjoying sunshine all day.
House very well equipped: high quality bedding, high end appliances, garden furniture, barbecue ...
For ages: table tennis, table football Bonzini, pinball Gotlieb, 2 bikes.

Great location and plenty of room with fun things to do

We had a great stay here and were able to walk to two beaches, a bakery, restaurants and much more. Lovely outdoor area with table and chairs, umbrella, garden, and back yard. Bikes were available, pinball game, foosball game, ping pong table, and more. Well-equipped kitchen, plenty of living space, comfortable beds, and a responsive host. Loved our time here!

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine en famille. La maison est idéalement positionnée et dispose de tout le confort dont on a besoin pour se sentir comme chez soi ! Le baby foot a bien fonctionné ;). Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans cette trÚs belle maison à Dinard: trÚs bon emplacement pour tout faire à pieds. Magnifique Dinardaise avec tout le confort et le flipper et table de ping-pong étaient la cerise sur le gùteau. Bon emplacement pour visiter les alentours et pour faire de trÚs belles balades le long de la cÎte. Dommage que Dinard soit aussi loin de chez nous.

La maison est idĂ©ale pour passer du temps ensemble, que ce soit en famille ou entre amis. Les nombreuses chambres sont bien agencĂ©es et toutes diffĂ©rentes et les espaces communs offrent de nombreuses possibilitĂ©s ludiques (babyfoot, flipper, table de ping-pong, molky...) qui permettent de profiter vraiment d’ĂȘtre ensemble! Sous le charme !

Je viens de découvrir Dinard que je ne connaissais pas : station trÚs vivante, trÚs sympa située face à Saint-Malo et au bord d'une cÎte variée. la maison est située dans un quartier privilégié : que de belles bùtisses début du siÚcle, sauvegardée et au milieu de la verdure. Tout était réuni pour se ressourcer et prendre un vrai bol d'air. A refaire !
